Fadhil Arief juga menekankan, dunia pendidikan Batang Hari terus ditingkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi seluruh siswa. Dirinya juga mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk bersama-sama membangun pendidikan Batang Hari yang lebih baik apakah anda ingin tahu lebih banyak
Fadhil Arief sangat menekankan pentingnya peningkatan literasi di kalangan guru dan siswa. Ia ingin memastikan bahwa seluruh warga Batang Hari memiliki kemampuan literasi yang baik agar dapat bersaing di era globalisasi.
Ada beberapa program peningkatan literasi di Batang Hari, seperti festival literasi Batang Hari yang diadakan setiap tahun
Festival ini diisi dengan berbagai kegiatan menarik seperti lomba membaca dan menulis bedah buku dan pelatihan literasi untuk guru selain itu ada juga program gerakan literasi sekolah GLS yang mendorong sekolah-sekolah untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang kaya literasi.

Diketahui Beasiswa Batang Hari Tangguh yang ditujukan untuk siswa berprestasi dan kurang mampu, program ini di danai oleh APBD Kabupaten Batang Hari, saat ini ada ribuan siswa di Kabupaten Batanghari yang menerima Beasiswa Batanghari Tangguh program ini memang dirancang untuk membantu banyak siswa dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan.
Kriteria penerima Beasiswa Batang Hari Tangguh meliputi siswa berprestasi secara akademik maupun non akademik, serta siswa dari keluarga kurang mampu program ini juga memberikan prioritas kepada siswa yang hafal Alquran atau memiliki prestasi di bidang keagamaan.
