JAMBI - Puluhan tenaga honorer dari berbagai instansi Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Jambi menggelar aksi unjuk rasa di depan Gedung DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Selasa (20/5). Mereka menuntut agar gaji disesuaikan dengan Upah Minimum Provinsi (UMP) Jambi sebesar Rp3,2 juta per bulan, serta meminta kejelasan status kerja.
Ketua aksi, Hairul Saleh, mengatakan tuntutan diajukan lantaran banyak honorer tidak lulus seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK), namun tetap bekerja dengan gaji rendah.
“Gaji yang kami terima saat ini berkisar antara Rp1 juta hingga Rp1,5 juta per bulan. Jelas tidak cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Kami minta agar disetarakan dengan UMP,” ujar Hairul. Ia juga menekankan bahwa para honorer telah bekerja secara penuh waktu dan menjalankan tugas-tugas layaknya ASN. “Kami menuntut kesejahteraan, karena kami juga berkontribusi dalam pelayanan publik,” tambahnya.
Aspirasi massa diterima langsung oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Samsul Riduan, bersama Ketua Komisi I DPRD.
Samsul menyatakan pihaknya akan menyampaikan tuntutan tersebut kepada Gubernur Jambi dan memastikan ada komunikasi lanjutan dengan Pemprov. “Semua aspirasi sudah kami tampung. Kami bersama Komisi I akan mencari waktu untuk menyampaikan langsung kepada Gubernur. Namun keputusan tetap berada di tangan eksekutif,” kata Samsul.
Ia juga merespons adanya laporan intimidasi terhadap peserta aksi. Beberapa honorer mengaku mendapat Surat Peringatan (SP) dari instansi tempat mereka bekerja.
“Jika ada tindakan intimidasi atau ancaman terhadap peserta aksi, segera laporkan. Kami siap membela honorer yang telah mengabdi selama ini,” tegas Samsul. (*)
