JAMBI - Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, M. Hafiz dan Wakil Ketua DPRD Samsul Riduan beserta tiga anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi, yakni, Ririn Novianty, M. Nasir dan Juwanda memantau langsung progres pembangunan jalan batu bara di tiga trase yang dikerjakan tiga perusahaan.
Yakni, trase 1 dikerjakan PT Inti Bangun Sarana (IBS) sepanjang 101 kilometer, Trase II dikerjakan PT Putra Bulian Property sepanjang 140 kilometer dan Trase III dibangun oleh PT Sinar Anugerah Sukses (SAS) sepanjang 108 kilometer.
Pimpinan DPRD dan rombongan pertama mengunjungi Trase I tepatnya di underpass jalur khusus batu bara di Desa Tenam, Kabupaten Batanghari. Di Trase I dari 101 kilometer yang akan dibangun progresnya sudah mencapai 80 persen atau tersisa 29 kilometer lagi.
Kemudian rombongan memantau jalur di trase II yang dibangun oleh PT Putra Bulian Property (PBP) di Desa Penerokan, Kabupaten Batanghari, Rabu (23/4). Di jalur ini, pimpinan dan anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi dikejutkan karena tidak ada progres pembangunan yang signifikan, hanya berupa land clearing atau pembersihan lahan yang akan menjadi badan jalan.
Atas temuan tersebut, Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, M. Hafiz terlihat kesal dengan pihak perusahaan yang mengerjakan pembangunan jalan batu bara tersebut, Ia meminta Gubernur Jambi mengevaluasi kinerja pihak investor pembangunan jalan itu.
"Intinya kami DPRD kecewa dengan progres yang ada di sini, karena memang sangat jauh sekali dengan perusahaan yang juga membangun jalan batu bara di trase I di Tenam tadi," kata Hafiz ketika memantau rute jalur yang akan dibangun.
Menurut Hafiz, pemerintah dan semua masyarakat sudah mengetahui bahwa target pembangunan selesai tahun ini. Artinya, Desember 2025 tidak ada lagi angkutan batu bara yang melintasi jalan nasional ataupun jalan provinsi.
"Kalau seperti ini keadaannya kita pesimis, nah sebab itu kita minta kepada Gubernur agar mengkaji ulang investasi ini permasalahannya dimana. Apakah ada permasalahan di pembebasan lahan atau ada permasalahan kemampuan keuangan dari pihak perusahaan," ujar Hafiz.
Ditegaskannya lagi, jika memang ada persoalan keuangan dari perusahaan, opsinya bisa saja gubernur untuk mencari investasi lain. "Kita tidak ada permasalahan dengan perusahaan A atau B, intinya kita ingin menyelesaikan jalan ini sesuai dengan target agar pendapatan Provinsi Jambi meningkat, perekonomian masyarakat meningkat dan masyarakat tidak terganggu, rakyat sejahtera itu intinya," tegasnya lagi.
Di tempat lainnya, di jalan khusus yang digarap PT Inti Bangun Sarana dengan total panjang 101 Kilometer, dewan menemukan progres yang telah mencapai 86 persen, dan underpass dibawah jalan nasional sudah rampung.
"Kami melihat sejauh apa kesiapan jalan khusus batu bara ini. Nah, ternyata temuan kita yang dijalankan oleh PT IBS ini sudah berjalan dengan baik," kata Ketua DPRD M. Hafiz.
Dikatakan Hafiz, dari laporan investor sudah banyak investasi-investasi yang bernilai besar. Seperti jembatan di Jelutih dan juga underpass yang ada di Tenam ini telah 100 persen merampung.
