MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batanghari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief berharap kepada perusahaan yang ada di Kabupaten Batanghari agar peduli terhadap pendidikan anak-anak di Kabupaten Batanghari.
Ungkapan ini pernah disampaikan Bupati Batanghari, Fadhil Arief usai pengukuhan Anggota Forum Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan Badan Usaha (TJSLBU) Kabupaten Batanghari Periode 2025-2030 yang beranggotakan sejumlah perusahaan yang ada di Batanghari belum lama ini.
Dikesempatan itu, Bupati juga minta setiap camat dan da'i untuk memantau anak-anak di Kabupaten Batanghari, agar tidak putus sekolah.
Karena pendidikan berperan sebagai fondasi pembangunan pribadi seseorang.
Melalui pendidikan, seseorang dapat memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pemahaman yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi tantangan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
Dana Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) dapat digunakan untuk beasiswa. Program beasiswa CSR merupakan salah satu bentuk tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan .
Dihadapan sejumlah anggota TJSLBU belum lama ini Fadhil Arief mengatakan, bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari setiap tahun menggelontorkan sekitar Rp 3 Miliar untuk beasiswa untuk anak-anak Kabupaten Batanghari.
Untuk beasiswa anak orang tuanya kurang mampu dan anak-anak berprestasi. Jika kawan-kawan (perusahaan) mau kita bisa sajikan datanya anak-anak yang berada di sekitar perusahaan bapak-bapak semua.
"Untuk penyerahan langsung dari pihak perushaan, sehingga dengan aksi tersebut, keluarga dari anak-anak ikut menyuarakan. Bahwa perusahaan peduli terhadap anak-anak disekitarnya," katanya.
Fadhil Arief juga memaparkan, pendidikan adalah salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
