Dikatakan bupati, Hardiknas merupakan momentum untuk meneguhkan dan meningkatkan dedikasi, komitmen dan semangat untuk memenuhi amanat konstitusi, yaitu mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dengan memberikan layanan pendidikan.
Pendidikan adalah hak asasi dan hak sipil yang melekat dalam diri setiap insan baik sebagai pribadi maupun warga negara. Pada hakikatnya pendidikan adalah proses membangun kepribadian yang utama, akhlak mulia dan peradaban bangsa.
‘’Melalui pendidikan, Pak Presiden Prabowo berkomitmen memutus mata rantai kemiskinan di Indonesia. Pak Presiden bertekad memajukan pendidikan melalui revitalisasi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan,’’ujar Bupati.
Selain itu lanjut bupati, memajukan pendidikan melalui pembelajaran digital dan peningkatan kualitas, kualifikasi serta kinerja guru melalui pemenuhan kualifikasi, peningkatan kompetensi dan kesejahteraan.
‘’Dengan cara demikian, guru diharapkan dapat menjadi agen pembelajaran dan agen peradaban. Para guru tidak hanya menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran, tetapi juga mentor dan konselor para murid,’’terang Bupati.
 Guru adalah orang tua yang senantiasa berada di sisi para murid dalam suka dan duka serta memandu para muridnya mencapai cita-cita luhur. Untuk itu, diperlukan kerja sama semua pihak, baik Pemerintah, orang tua, masyarakat, dunia usaha dan media massa.
Sejak Oktober 2024, Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah Republik Indonesia telah melakukan langkah- langkah nyata membangun layanan pendidikan yang bermutu.
Secara manajerial, Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah memperbaiki tata kelola, pembinaan, dan kinerja guru. Secara kurikuler, Kementerian Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah akan menerapkan Pembelajaran Mendalam (deep learning), pemberlakuan Tes Kemampuan Akademik (TKA), serta pembelajaran Coding, dan Kecerdasan Artifisial (AI).
Secara pedagogis, dalam rangka membentuk karakter, Kementerian membuat kebijakan Tujuh Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat, meliputi bangun pagi, beribadah, berolah raga, makan sehat dan bergizi, gemar belajar, bermasyarakat, dan tidur cepat.
Tidak hanya itu juga ada program Pagi Ceria yang meliputi Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat (SATH), menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, dan doa bersama. Pendidikan karakter pada tingkat pendidikan Taman Kanak- kanak diluncurkan Album Kicau yang berisi lagu anak-anak.
