JAMBI - Pemerintah Provinsi harus melakukan pemantauan setiap aktivitas perusahaan yang ada di Provinsi Jambi.
Dan pada Hari Buruh Nasional ini anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi , Ansori meminta pemerintah segera menindaklanjuti kasus PHK di PT Indah Tebo .
Pasalnya, perusahaan ini diduga melakukan pemberhentian karyawan tanpa memberikan pesangon .
Ansori menyebutkan, pemutusan hubungan kerja atau PHK yang dilakukan oleh PT Indah Tebo kepada karyawan tanpa memberikan hak-haknya termasuk pesangon.
Dirinya mengaku menerima laporan ini sejak Januari 2025 lalu, namun hingga saat ini hak para karyawan belum diberikan
Secara gamblang dirinya mengkritik pemerintah daerah untuk proaktif dalam menyelidiki perusahaan tersebut.
Pasalnya, sejak ia menerima laporan hingga kini belum juga terselesaikan, selain itu diduga juga bahwa perusahaan yang sebelumnya dinyatakan pailit ternyata masih beroperasi dan memperkerjakan sebagian karyawannya.
Hal ini menimbulkan pertanyaan sebagian karyawan yang di PHK, nmun mereka sampai hari ini beberapa bulan yang lalu.
"Saya masih melakukan komunikasi dengan pihak terbaik, sampai hari ini mereka yang di PHK belum dibayar," kata mantan jurnalis itu, Kamis (1/5/2025).
Ia mengatakan Nakertrans Tebo dan Kepala Daerah, yakni Adi Varial yang menjabat sebagai Pj Bupati Tebo pernah dipanggil, tapi dari pihak perusahaan tidak mau datang
" Hingga hari ini, karyawan yang di PHK mengadu sama saya, belum dibayar pesangon sama sekali," sebutnya.
