Sarolangun, Rabu 30 April 2025 — Koramil 420-01/Batang Asai, Kodim 0420/Sarko Sigap dalam membantu warganya yang terkena dampak Banjir Bandang, dipimpin langsung oleh Danramil 420-01/Batang Asai Lettu Inf Juhardi bersama Anggotanya.  Bencana banjir bandang ini melanda Desa Bukit Berantai, Kecamatan Batang Asai, Kabupaten Sarolangun, pada Rabu dini hari sekitar pukul 00.30 WIB. Peristiwa ini dipicu oleh tingginya intensitas hujan yang mengguyur wilayah hulu Sungai Narso selama kurang lebih dua jam tanpa henti.
Meskipun tidak menimbulkan korban jiwa, banjir bandang ini menyebabkan kerugian material yang cukup signifikan. Satu unit masjid serta tiga rumah warga mengalami kerusakan, dengan total kerugian diperkirakan mencapai Rp 300.000.000.
Adapun tiga rumah warga yang rusak ringan diketahui milik:

Tarmizi, 55 tahun, petani
Pasca kejadian, tindakan cepat dilakukan oleh aparat setempat.
