Sebagaimana tagline yang tengah digaungkan oleh SKK Migas dan KKKS sejalan dengan target yang dititipkan pemerintah untuk industri hulu migas dapat meningkatkan angka lifting nasional. Wilayah Perwakilan Sumbagsel tak kalah memberikan peran dalam mewujudkan target tersebut. Tidak hanya berfokus pada pencarian cadangan migas untuk ketahanan energi nasional, peningkatan kualitas SDM hulu migas juga menjadi hal yang penting bagi SKK Migas dan KKKS untuk terus diasah.
Guna melakukan refreshment ilmu, meningkatkan pola kerja yang sesuai aturan, memupuk kolaborasi dan mempererat silaturahmi antar petugas lifting di wilayah Sumbagsel, SKK Migas bersama KKKS dan KSO melaksanakan kegiatan Lifting Olympic yang berlangsung selama 3 hari sejak 23-25 April 2025 di PHR Regional 1 Zona 4 Field Prabumulih.
Dalam rangkaian kegiatan tersebut diisi dengan 4 jenis perlombaan yakni Lomba Menghitung Volume Minyak, Lomba Analisa Sampel, Lomba Mengukur Level Minyak di Tanki Darat dan Lomba Cepat Tepat Lifting. Dengan antusiasme yang tinggi dan pertanding yang supportif, kegiatan berjalan dengan aman dan lancar diikuti oleh total 24 KKKS-KSO dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 145 orang.
Kepala Perwakilan SKK Migas Sumbagsel, Yunianto dalam sambutannya menjelaskan bahwa agenda ini merupakan kesempatan yang baik bagi semua petugas lifting untuk dapat mengasah ilmu lifting lebih tajam ”tidak hanya menjadi kompetisi tapi ini juga harus dimanfaatkan untuk kita lebih menajamkan ilmu lifting tidak hanya bagi peserta namun juga bagi rekan-rekan panitia yang juga merupakan tim lifting,” ungkap Nanto.
”kalau biasanya kegiatan diisi dengan olahraga, kali ini kita inovasikan dengan olah pikir, yang menjadi spesial ini adalah kegiatan pertama tidak hanya di Sumbagsel namun juga diseluruh Indonesia,” imbuhnya.
Pada acara penutupan yang dilaksanakan tanggal 25 April 2025, juga diumumkan para pemenang 4 tangkai perlombaan yang dipertandingkan dan didapatkan juara-juara sebagai berikut :
