Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh berbagai pihak, termasuk Danramil 420-04/Sarolangun, Mayor Inf Abdul Azis Efendy, yang mewakili Dandim 0420/Sarko, Letkol Inf Suyono, S.Sos.
Acara dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB dengan apel bersama yang dipimpin oleh protokol. Pembukaan diawali dengan pembacaan doa dan dilanjutkan dengan laporan pelaksanaan gotong royong oleh Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH), Bapak Iwan Kurniawan, ST., ME. Dalam laporannya, beliau menyampaikan tujuan dari kegiatan ini sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk mempercantik dan menjaga kebersihan lingkungan Kota Sarolangun.
Bupati Sarolangun, H. Hurmin, memberikan arahan yang berisi semangat untuk meningkatkan kebersamaan dan gotong royong antar masyarakat dalam mendukung pembangunan daerah. Beliau juga berharap agar kegiatan ini dapat menjadi langkah awal untuk mewujudkan Sarolangun yang lebih bersih, tertata, dan nyaman bagi warganya.
Sekitar 300 orang turut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan gotong royong ini, yang terdiri dari Bupati Sarolangun, para asisten pemerintah daerah, jajaran kepala dinas, camat se-Kabupaten Sarolangun, anggota Babinsa dari Koramil 420-04/Sarolangun, serta berbagai dinas terkait dan masyarakat setempat. Pembagian sektor korve dilakukan untuk memastikan seluruh area dapat tertangani dengan baik.
Pelaksanaan korve berjalan lancar, dengan seluruh peserta melakukan pembersihan jalan, pemeliharaan taman, dan perawatan fasilitas umum yang ada di sekitar Hotel Abadi dan sepanjang jalan Lintas Sumatra.
Kegiatan ini berakhir sekitar pukul 10.30 WIB dengan apel pengecekan dan penutupan, yang berlangsung dengan aman dan lancar. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini menunjukkan komitmen pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat Sarolangun dalam mendukung program Bupati Sarolangun yang mengutamakan kebersihan dan kenyamanan lingkungan.
