MERANGIN - Hari pertama masuk kerja pasca Lebaran Idul Fitri 1446 H, Bupati Merangin H M Syukur sekitar pukul 07.30 Wib mengambil apel di halaman depan Rumah Sakit Daerah Kol Abundjani Bangko, Selasa (08/4)
Apel kedisiplinan tersebut, diikuti sebanyak 13 orang pejabat struktural, 352 orang Staf dan tujuh orang dokter umum/gigi.  Sedangkan sebanyak 11 orang dokter lainnya diketahui tidak mengikuti apel tanpa keterangan yang pasti.
‘’Pegawai rumah sakit itu wajib melayani para pasien secara prima. Untuk itu kehadiran pegawainya perlu dicek. Bagitu juga dengan para dokternya, perawatnya, bidannya dan tenaga teknis lainnya,’’ujar Bupati.
Usai mengambil apel, bupati sempat melihat langsung sistem pelayanan yang diberikan rumah sakit kebanggaan masyarakat Merangin tersebut, dari satu ruangan poli ke ruangan poli lainnya.
Bupati mengharapkan para pegawai rumah sakit dapat memberikan pelayanan maksimal kepada para pesien. Jangan sampai pasien yang berobat ke rumah sakit itu, tidak kunjung sembuh bahkan tambah sakit.
