TANJAB BARAT – Era baru pelayanan dasar di tingkat desa resmi dimulai di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat. Bupati Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., didampingi Ketua Tim Pembina Posyandu Hj. Fadhilah Sadat, S.H., secara resmi meluncurkan Posyandu 6 Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) Percontohan Cempaka II di Desa Pematang Lumut, Kecamatan Betara, Senin (06/07/2026).
Kehadiran Forkopimcam Betara, para Kepala OPD pengampu 6 bidang SPM, Camat, Puskesmas, serta ratusan kader dan tokoh masyarakat menandai bahwa ini bukan sekadar seremonial, melainkan implementasi konkret Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 13 Tahun 2024. Posyandu kini bertransformasi dari pos kesehatan ibu-anak menjadi pusat pelayanan masyarakat terintegrasi.
Enam Bidang SPM dalam Satu Atap
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Anwar Sadat menegaskan bahwa Posyandu Cempaka II adalah bukti kolaborasi lintas sektor yang sesungguhnya. Masyarakat yang datang tidak hanya mendapatkan imunisasi atau penimbangan balita, tetapi juga mengakses enam pilar layanan dasar sekaligus:
1. Pendidikan
2. Kesehatan
3. Pekerjaan Umum & Penataan Ruang
4. Perumahan Rakyat
5. Ketenteraman, Ketertiban Umum & Perlindungan Masyarakat
6. Sosial
“Posyandu adalah ujung tombak pelayanan paling dekat dengan rakyat. Melalui model 6 SPM ini, kita memastikan setiap warga mendapat edukasi, pendampingan, dan akses layanan dasar secara utuh tanpa harus berpindah-pindah kantor,” ujar Bupati.
Ia juga mendorong kader untuk berinovasi memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah melalui budidaya ikan dan sayuran, guna mendukung ketahanan pangan keluarga dan mengurangi beban pengeluaran rumah tangga.
Dari 276 Posyandu, Baru Dua Jadi Percontohan Nasional
Ketua TP PKK Tanjab Barat, Hj. Fadhilah Sadat, melaporkan bahwa dari total 276 Posyandu di kabupaten ini, sebanyak 233 telah bertransformasi menjadi Posyandu 6 SPM. Namun, hingga saat ini baru dua yang ditetapkan sebagai percontohan: satu di Bram Itam dan satunya lagi Cempaka II di Betara.
“Keberhasilan Posyandu 6 SPM hanya bisa dicapai lewat sinergi lintas sektor sesuai tupoksi masing-masing. Kami berharap Cempaka II menjadi model replikasi bagi Posyandu lain, baik dari aspek administrasi, inovasi, maupun partisipasi masyarakat,” jelasnya.
Momen puncak acara ditandai dengan pembacaan naskah komitmen bersama oleh Ketua TP PKK Kecamatan Betara, disaksikan langsung Ketua TP PKK Kabupaten, sebagai jaminan keberlanjutan program.
Layanan Terpadu & Bantuan Simbolis untuk Kelompok Rentan
Usai peluncuran, Bupati dan Ketua TP PKK meninjau seluruh stan pelayanan 6 SPM untuk memastikan standar layanan terpenuhi. Pada kesempatan yang sama, diserahkan bantuan simbolis kepada balita stunting/underweight, ibu hamil dengan Kekurangan Energi Kronis (KEK), serta lansia.
Langkah ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi Posyandu bukan hanya soal struktur organisasi, tetapi juga kepedulian nyata terhadap kelompok rentan. Dengan model Cempaka II sebagai barometer, Pemkab Tanjab Barat optimis mampu mempercepat pencapaian target pembangunan manusia yang berkualitas, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan di seluruh pelosok daerah.
