TANJAB BARAT – Respons cepat Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat langsung dirasakan warga Desa Tanjung Senjulang, Kecamatan Bram Itam. Setelah dermaga apung peninggalan tahun 2018 ambruk akibat pelapukan dan intensitas penggunaan tinggi, Bupati Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., turun tangan meninjau lokasi pada Senin (06/07/2026) dan memastikan perbaikan fisik akan dimulai dalam dua hingga tiga hari ke depan.
Peninjauan ini merupakan tindak lanjut atas laporan masyarakat yang resah karena akses transportasi air—yang menjadi nadi kehidupan ekonomi dan mobilitas harian warga—terganggu parah. Dermaga yang rusak tersebut tidak hanya membahayakan keselamatan penumpang, tetapi juga menghambat distribusi hasil perkebunan dan kebutuhan pokok.
Struktur Halte Layak, Fokus Perbaikan Lantai & Akses Air
Dalam keterangannya di lokasi, Bupati Anwar Sadat memberikan penjelasan teknis yang menenangkan sekaligus menjanjikan kepastian. Ia menegaskan bahwa struktur utama halte dermaga masih kokoh dan layak pakai, sehingga fokus perbaikan hanya pada bagian lantai dan aksesibilitas yang ambruk.
“Kami sudah meninjau langsung. Secara struktur halte masih baik, namun kita akan segera melakukan perbaikan. Saat ini kami menunggu kondisi air sedikit surut, sehingga diperkirakan dalam dua hingga tiga hari ke depan pekerjaan sudah bisa dimulai,” ujar Bupati dengan nada optimis.
Untuk menjamin kecepatan eksekusi, Bupati telah memerintahkan koordinasi intensif antara Dinas Perhubungan dan Dinas PUPR. Kedua dinas teknis ini akan bekerja bergotong royong agar material dan tenaga kerja siap bergerak begitu debit air memungkinkan.
Model Baru: Pengelolaan Mandiri oleh Desa untuk Keberlanjutan
Yang tak kalah penting dari perbaikan fisik adalah jaminan keberlanjutan. Bupati Anwar Sadat menekankan bahwa setelah rampung direnovasi, pengelolaan dermaga harus beralih ke model kemandirian desa. Ia menolak pola "bangun-abai-rusak" yang sering terjadi pada fasilitas publik sebelumnya.
“Harapan kami, halte dermaga ini nantinya dapat dikelola secara mandiri oleh desa. Pembiayaan perawatannya bisa bersumber dari dana desa maupun kontribusi para penambang atau pengguna jasa transportasi,” jelasnya.
Konsep user pays dan partisipasi masyarakat ini dinilai paling realistis untuk menjaga fasilitas tetap terawat jangka panjang tanpa membebani APBD daerah secara terus-menerus. Tokoh masyarakat dan perangkat desa setempat menyambut positif gagasan ini sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab kolektif terhadap aset bersama.
Sinergi OPD & Masyarakat di Lapangan
Kehadiran jajaran lengkap OPD teknis (Perhub, PUPR, Perkim, Damkar), Camat Bram Itam, seluruh Kepala Desa se-kecamatan, serta tokoh masyarakat dalam peninjauan ini menunjukkan keseriusan pemda. Tidak ada lagi birokrasi yang berbelit; semua keputusan diambil di lapangan berdasarkan fakta visual dan aspirasi warga.
Dengan dimulainya perbaikan pekan ini, warga Tanjung Senjulang kini memiliki kepastian bahwa akses transportasi mereka akan segera pulih. Langkah cepat Bupati Anwar Sadat ini juga menjadi sinyal kuat bagi kecamatan lain: keluhan infrastruktur masyarakat bukan sekadar dokumen, melainkan perintah kerja yang harus dieksekusi secepat mungkin demi keselamatan dan kesejahteraan rakyat.
