KUALA TUNGKAL – Memperingati Hari Kebangkitan Nasional (Harkitnas) ke-118 tahun 2026, Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat, Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara pada upacara bendera yang digelar khidmat di Lapangan Kantor Bupati, Kuala Tungkal, Rabu (20/05/2026).
Mengusung tema nasional "Jaga Tunas Bangsa Demi Kedaulatan Negara", Bupati Anwar Sadat dalam amanatnya menekankan pentingnya peran generasi muda dan kedaulatan digital sebagai pondasi kemajuan daerah di era modern. Ia mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat Tanjab Barat untuk tidak hanya mengenang sejarah perjuangan Boedi Oetomo, tetapi juga mengimplementasikan semangat tersebut dalam menghadapi tantangan global saat ini.
"Semangat kebangkitan nasional bukan sekadar retorika masa lalu. Di era digital ini, kedaulatan kita juga ditentukan oleh kemampuan kita menguasai teknologi dan informasi. Generasi muda Tanjab Barat harus menjadi 'tunas bangsa' yang unggul, berakhlak mulia, dan melek digital agar daerah kita tetap berdaulat dan kompetitif," ujar Bupati Anwar Sadat.
Upacara yang berlangsung tertib ini dihadiri oleh jajaran Forkopimda Tanjab Barat, termasuk Wakil Bupati Dr. H. Katamso, S.A., S.E., M.E., Kapolres, Dandim 0419/Tanjab, Kajari, Ketua Pengadilan Negeri, serta Ketua Pengadilan Agama. Turut hadir pula para Staf Ahli Bupati, Asisten Setda, Kepala OPD, Camat Tungkal Ilir, para Lurah, serta ratusan ASN dan P3K di lingkungan Pemkab Tanjab Barat.
Kehadiran para pimpinan instansi penegak hukum dan peradilan dalam upacara ini menyimbolkan kesatuan tekad antara pemerintah daerah dan institusi negara dalam menjaga keutuhan NKRI serta menciptakan stabilitas keamanan yang kondusif bagi pembangunan.
Bupati juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi lintas sektor. Menurutnya, semangat Harkitnas harus diterjemahkan melalui kerja nyata, transparansi pemerintahan, dan pelayanan publik yang prima. "Sinergi antara pemerintah, TNI, Polri, Kejaksaan, Kehakiman, dan masyarakat adalah kunci utama. Mari kita jaga persatuan ini sebaik-baik mungkin, karena persatuan adalah kekuatan terbesar kita," tambahnya.
Usai upacara, Bupati Anwar Sadat berharap momentum Harkitnas ke-118 ini dapat membangkitkan optimisme baru bagi masyarakat Tanjab Barat. Ia mendorong para pemuda untuk terus berkarya, berinovasi, dan berkontribusi aktif dalam memajukan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat menuju visi daerah yang lebih sejahtera dan berdaya saing.
Peringatan Harkitnas kali ini juga diisi dengan berbagai kegiatan sosial dan diskusi kebangsaan di tingkat kecamatan, sebagai bentuk penyebaran nilai-nilai nasionalisme hingga ke akar rumput.
