TANJAB BARAT – Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag., menghadiri kegiatan silaturahmi sekaligus kunjungan kerja Pengurus Daerah Persatuan Anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa Seluruh Indonesia (PD PABPDSI) Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat di Kecamatan Batang Asam, Selasa (12/05).
Kegiatan tersebut menjadi momentum penting dalam mempererat komunikasi, sinergi, dan kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah, pemerintah desa, serta Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) guna mendukung kemajuan daerah dan peningkatan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Pengurus Daerah PABPDSI Provinsi Jambi, para camat beserta unsur Forkopimcam, Sekretaris Dinas PMD, Ketua PD PABPDSI Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Ketua dan jajaran APDESI Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Kepala Desa Sri Agung, Ketua MUI Kecamatan Batang Asam, para kepala desa dan lurah se-Kecamatan Batang Asam, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh agama, serta para undangan lainnya.
Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Anwar Sadat menegaskan bahwa tantangan pembangunan ke depan semakin besar sehingga seluruh elemen pemerintahan harus bergerak selaras dengan kebijakan pemerintah pusat maupun daerah.
“Saya mengajak seluruh anggota BPD untuk terus memperkuat peran dalam menjembatani aspirasi masyarakat dengan kebijakan pemerintah. Jangan ada sekat di antara kita. BPD harus menjadi motor penggerak partisipasi masyarakat,” ujar Bupati.
Bupati juga menekankan pentingnya dukungan terhadap program prioritas nasional, khususnya dalam penguatan ekonomi kerakyatan melalui program Koperasi Desa Merah Putih.
Selain itu, Bupati menyampaikan bahwa di tengah kebijakan efisiensi anggaran saat ini, desa harus mampu menangkap peluang dan menggali potensi sumber pendapatan baru melalui berbagai program strategis pemerintah, seperti kerja sama dalam Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) maupun penguatan Koperasi Merah Putih (KMP).
“Masih banyak potensi desa dan peluang usaha yang belum tergali secara maksimal. Saya mendorong desa-desa untuk mulai membangun alun-alun desa sebagai pusat aktivitas masyarakat sekaligus pengembangan UMKM desa,” tambahnya.
Ia juga meminta anggota BPD turut mengawal pengelolaan potensi ekonomi di wilayah masing-masing agar dapat berkembang secara optimal dan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat desa.
Selain itu, Bupati mengingatkan agar fungsi pengawasan tetap dijalankan secara konstruktif dengan mengedepankan pembinaan serta solusi bersama.
“Fungsi pengawasan harus berjalan dengan semangat membina dan mencari solusi, bukan sekadar mencari kesalahan. Tujuan kita sama, yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Tanjung Jabung Barat,” tegas Bupati.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Ketua PD PABPDSI Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Dyah Etty Yeni N, menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut juga menjadi ajang halal bihalal sekaligus mempererat silaturahmi dan sinergitas antara anggota BPD dengan pemerintah daerah.
“Melalui momentum halal bihalal ini, kami berharap sinergitas antara BPD dan pemerintah daerah terus terjalin dengan baik demi kemajuan desa dan daerah,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat turut menegaskan pentingnya menjaga sinergitas antara legislatif, pemerintah daerah, pemerintah desa, dan BPD dalam mendukung pembangunan serta menjaga kondusivitas daerah.
Di akhir kegiatan, Bupati Anwar Sadat juga menyampaikan apresiasi atas dedikasi para anggota BPD yang selama ini berperan aktif dalam menjaga kondusivitas dan kerukunan di lingkungan masing-masing.
Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan sinergi dan komunikasi antara seluruh unsur pemerintahan desa semakin kuat dalam mendukung kemajuan dan pembangunan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
