JAMBI – Bupati Merangin, M. Syukur, mengimbau masyarakat khususnya para Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kabupaten Merangin untuk tetap tenang dan memberikan kepercayaan kepada manajemen Bank Jambi. Hal ini disampaikannya usak mengikuti Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Bank Jambi di Gedung Mahligai, Rabu (25/02) menyusul gangguan pada sistem layanan digital akibat dugaan kejahatan siber yang menimpa Bank Jambi. Ia menegaskan bahwa kondisi keuangan Pemerintah Daerah maupun nasabah secara umum dalam kondisi aman. Ia memastikan kendala teknis ini tidak akan menghambat hak-hak pegawai. Bupati menjamin bahwa proses pencairan Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) dan pembayaran gaji ASN tetap berjalan normal. Meski fitur digital sedang dinonaktifkan, transaksi tetap bisa dilakukan melalui layanan kantor secara manual. "Gaji pegawai semua bisa jalan. Tidak ada hubungannya (dengan gangguan siber). Memang yang biasa pakai m-banking atau ATM untuk sementara belum bisa digunakan, tapi prinsipnya keuangan tidak ada masalah. Hanya saja untuk sementara kita manual dulu," ujar M. Syukur saat dikonfirmasi wartawan. Langkah penonaktifan sementara layanan ATM dan mobile banking merupakan bagian dari prosedur keamanan. Bupati M. Syukur menjelaskan bahwa saat ini sedang dilakukan audit forensik oleh pihak kepolisian guna memastikan keamanan sistem secara menyeluruh. "Sebenarnya sistemnya sudah bisa jalan, tapi rekomendasi dari Bank Indonesia (BI) jangan digunakan dulu karena sedang proses audit forensik untuk mengatasi persoalan yang ada," tambahnya. Bupati juga mengingatkan masyarakat agar tidak melakukan penarikan uang secara besar-besaran (rush money). Selain karena kondisi bank yang dinyatakan sehat, membawa uang tunai dalam jumlah banyak dinilai memiliki risiko keamanan yang tinggi. Manajemen Bank Jambi menjamin keamanan saldo nasabah dan bertanggung jawab penuh jika terdapat kerugian materiil akibat insiden ini. Masyarakat diminta memberikan ruang bagi manajemen untuk melakukan perbaikan sistem. Berdasarkan hasil rapat, kondisi Bank Jambi dinyatakan tetap sehat dan operasional di kantor cabang tetap melayani kebutuhan mendesak secara manual. "Ini adalah aset daerah yang harus kita jaga bersama. Kami sudah cek semua, tidak ada masalah berarti. Mari kita beri kepercayaan kepada manajemen untuk memperbaiki sistem ini secepatnya," tutupnya.
