Batangharinews.com, Jakarta – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Jambi melalui Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda) melaksanakan studi banding ke Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Disparekraf) Provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam rangka pendalaman substansi lima Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) inisiatif DPRD Tahun 2026.
Rombongan dipimpin Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi M. Haviz, didampingi Wakil Ketua DPRD Dr. Faizal Riza, Ketua Bapemperda Abun Yani, serta anggota Bapemperda Pinto Jayanegara, Apt. Rucita Arfanisa, dan Hj. Yuli Yuliarti.
Kunjungan tersebut bertujuan menggali praktik terbaik dalam tata kelola pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif, termasuk penyusunan grand design pengembangan 17 subsektor ekonomi kreatif, penguatan ekosistem pembiayaan, pengembangan creative hub, serta integrasi kebijakan antara sektor pariwisata dan ekonomi kreatif dalam satu struktur dinas.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Disparekraf DKI Jakarta memaparkan pengalaman penyusunan desain pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, mekanisme fasilitasi promosi dan pembiayaan, serta strategi menjaga kesinambungan program lintas periode kepemimpinan.
Bapemperda DPRD Provinsi Jambi mencatat sejumlah poin penting, antara lain perlunya penyusunan roadmap yang terukur, integrasi lintas perangkat daerah, serta penguatan regulasi agar tidak berhenti pada norma tetapi dapat diimplementasikan secara operasional.
Hasil studi banding ini akan menjadi bahan penyempurnaan lima Ranperda inisiatif DPRD Tahun 2026, khususnya terkait pengembangan ekonomi kreatif, perlindungan kekayaan intelektual, serta penguatan sektor-sektor strategis daerah.
DPRD Provinsi Jambi menegaskan komitmennya untuk menghadirkan regulasi yang berbasis kebutuhan riil daerah, terukur secara kebijakan, dan mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Provinsi Jambi.
