Batangharinews.com - Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Zona 1 meraih lima penghargaan dalam ajang PR Indonesia Awards (PRIA) 2026. Penghargaan tersebut diterima oleh PHR Zona 1 Head Office, Pertamina EP Jambi, Pertamina EP Lirik, dan PHE NSO dalam awarding night di Taman Budaya Embung Giwangan, Yogyakarta, Jumat (13/2).
Ajang PRIA Awards tahun ini diikuti 534 entri dari instansi pemerintah, BUMN, dan perusahaan swasta di seluruh Indonesia. Pendiri sekaligus CEO PR INDONESIA, Asmono Wikan, menegaskan reputasi dibangun melalui konsistensi komunikasi dan kolaborasi lintas sektor.
Bagi PHR Zona 1, capaian ini menjadi pengakuan atas pengelolaan komunikasi yang terintegrasi dengan operasional hulu migas. Strategi komunikasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai publikasi, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen pengelolaan pemangku kepentingan guna mendukung keberlanjutan operasi.
General Manager PHR Zona 1, Mefredi, menegaskan komunikasi memiliki peran strategis dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional perusahaan. “Penghargaan ini merupakan hasil kerja kolektif seluruh tim dan sinergi dengan para pemangku kepentingan di wilayah operasi. Bagi kami, komunikasi adalah bagian dari strategi bisnis untuk memastikan operasional hulu migas berjalan aman, lancar, dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus memperkuat kontribusi terhadap ketahanan energi nasional,” ujar Mefredi.
Salah satu penghargaan Gold Winner diraih melalui inovasi digital COMEL (Communication Relations & CID Performance Monitoring Report), dashboard pemetaan stakeholder lintas sektor. Sistem ini mengelola data sosial di 149 desa/kelurahan pada 31 kecamatan dan 14 kabupaten/kota di lima provinsi sebagai salah satu dasar penyusunan program serta pengambilan keputusan strategis.
Implementasi pengelolaan stakeholder juga tercermin dalam Program SEURAMOE NSO di wilayah PHE NSO. Forum kolaborasi berbasis kearifan lokal Aceh ini menghadirkan ruang dialog antar pemangku kepentingan guna mendukung keberlanjutan operasi migas, dan mengantarkan PHE NSO meraih Bronze Winner kategori Program PR subkategori Corporate PR.
Dalam kategori Manajemen Krisis, Pertamina EP Lirik meraih Bronze Winner untuk subkategori Pra Krisis, sementara Pertamina EP Jambi Field meraih Gold Winner untuk subkategori Krisis dan Pasca Krisis. Penghargaan ini mencerminkan kesiapsiagaan serta pengelolaan komunikasi yang efektif dalam menjaga kepercayaan publik di setiap fase.
Sementara itu, komitmen tanggung jawab sosial Pertamina EP Jambi diwujudkan melalui Program PERISAI AIR (Pertanian Terpadu Produktif Desa Pompa Air) di Kabupaten Batanghari. Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini mendorong kolaborasi multipihak dalam pengembangan hortikultura dengan tingkat keberhasilan panen dan daya jual yang meningkat. Program tersebut mencatat Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat sebesar 80 persen (kategori sangat baik) dan meraih Bronze Winner kategori Program Komunikasi SR subkategori Community Based Development.
Pada ajang PRIA Awards 2026, PHR Zona 1 bersama enam entitas Pertamina Subholding Upstream lainnya turut menerima penghargaan, yakni Pertamina EP Bunyu Field, Pertamina EP Tambun Field, Pertamina EP Jatibarang Field, Pertamina Hulu Kalimantan Timur, Pertamina Hulu Mahakam, dan Pertamina Hulu Sanga Sanga.
