BANGKO – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Merangin, Zulhifni, mewakili Bupati M. Syukur meresmikan Masjid Muhammadiyah KH Ahmad Dahlan yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Pematang Kandis, Bangko, pada Minggu (8/2). Peresmian yang berlangsung khidmat tak jauh dari gedung DPRD Merangin tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Pimpinan Pusat (PP) Muhammadiyah, Dr. H. Syafrudin, tokoh agama Dr. Adinata, Lc., M.A., pengurus Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM), Ketua Aisyiyah Merangin, Kabag Kesra Setda Merangin Agus Salim Idris serta ratusan warga Muhammadiyah lainnya. Dalam sambutannya, Sekda Zulhifni menyampaikan apresiasi yang tinggi terhadap pesatnya perkembangan Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Merangin. Ia menilai organisasi ini memiliki pola dakwah yang efektif dan mandiri. "Kami Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin sangat mendukung kegiatan ini. Muhammadiyah di Merangin sangat berkembang, terbukti dengan banyaknya masjid yang dibangun. Saya melihat kegiatan keislaman Muhammadiyah dipraktikkan secara nasional dan tidak membebani jemaah," ujar Zulhifni. Sekda yang berlatar belakang pendidikan teknik ini juga mengakui kekagumannya terhadap etos kerja warga Muhammadiyah yang didominasi oleh kalangan pedagang dan wirausahawan, yang menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi jemaah. Mengingat lokasi masjid yang sangat strategis, Zulhifni mendorong pengurus masjid untuk memaksimalkan potensi ekonomi di sekitar area rumah ibadah. Ia menyarankan pengembangan unit usaha seperti ruko atau kerja sama ritel untuk menunjang operasional masjid. "Lokasi ini strategis. Di samping mengisi jemaah, kita tidak apa-apa berjualan di sini. Mungkin bisa kerja sama melalui toko atau sektor bisnis lainnya untuk kemajuan jemaah ke depan," tambahnya. Lebih lanjut, ia membuka pintu bagi pengurus masjid untuk bersinergi dengan pemerintah melalui pengajuan proposal pembangunan. "Nanti tolong buat usulan, kita bicarakan dengan Pak Bupati kira-kira apa yang bisa disumbangkan Pemerintah Daerah," janji Sekda. Di tengah peresmian tersebut, Zulhifni juga menyisipkan harapan terkait kondisi fiskal daerah. Ia berharap Pemerintah Pusat memberikan porsi lebih pada Dana Bagi Hasil (DBH), khususnya dari sektor sawit, agar pembangunan di daerah tidak terkendala. "Sekarang pajak-pajak potensi daerah ditarik ke pusat semua. Kepala daerah agak kesulitan karena dana yang dikucurkan terbatas untuk kegiatan rutin, sementara janji politik ke masyarakat sangat banyak," ungkapnya secara terbuka. Acara diakhiri dengan peresmian secara simbolis oleh Sekda Zulhifni, yang menandai dimulainya penggunaan Masjid Muhammadiyah KH Ahmad Dahlan sebagai pusat ibadah dan kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan di Kabupaten Merangin.
