BANGKO – Rabu (28/1) siang, parkiran Rumah Dinas Bupati Merangin dipadati jejeran kendaraan para pimpinan perbankan se-Kabupaten Merangin.
Kehadiran para petinggi lembaga keuangan itu seolah mnggambarkan ada agenda penting berkelanjutan bagi pembangunan di Bumi Tali Undang Tambang Teliti
Di dalam ruangan, Bupati Merangin M. Syukur menyambut hangat para tamu. Didampingi Sekda Zulhifni dan Kepala BPPRD Siti Aminah, Bupati M. Syukur mengambil langkah strategis dalam peningkatan pendapatan daerah.
Puncaknya, sebuah nota kesepakatan tentang pengelolaan retribusi parkir dilingkungan perbankan diteken.
Dalam sambutannya, M. Syukur menuturkan bahwa pengelolaan retribusi parkir dilingkungan perbankan memiliki payung hukum kuat yang menjadi pedoman dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah.
"Apa yang kita lakukan hari ini memiliki payung hukum yang kuat. Kita bergerak berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 dan PP Nomor 35 Tahun 2023. Jadi, Bapak dan Ibu tidak perlu ragu, kita tidak akan menabrak aturan," ujar Bupati dengan nada meyakinkan di hadapan para pimpinan bank.
Tak hanya membahas soal pengelolaan retribusi parkir, Bupati M. Syukur juga menegaskan kerjasama dalam upaya peningkatan ekonomi kerakyatan.
"Saya pribadi merasa sangat senang dan bahagia hari ini bisa bertatap muka, bersilaturahmi dengan seluruh pimpinan cabang perbankan yang ada di Merangin. Kita harus bisa mensinergikan program-program dari pemerintah pusat, seperti penyaluran KUR, pembinaan koperasi, dan program pemberdayaan ekonomi lainnya," ungkap Bupati.
Ia juga mengingatkan sekaligus mengajak seluruh komponen masyarakat untuk terus berkontribusi dalam pembangunan dengan taat membayar pajak dan retribusi daerah.
