Tanjung Jabung Barat – SKK Migas beserta Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS)
PetroChina International Jabung Ltd. (PCJL) secara resmi menandai dimulainya program
pengeboran 2026 di Wilayah Kerja (WK) Jabung melalui tajak pertama di Sumur NEB-85ST
pada Kamis (15/1).
SKK Migas terus berkomitmen untuk melaksanakan Rencana Kerja 2026 yang telah
ditetapkan berdasarkan persetujuan Work Program & Budget (WP&B) demi mendukung
tercapainya target produksi dan lifting migas nasional. Sumur NEB-85ST menjadi sumur
pertama dari Rencana Kerja PCJL untuk kegiatan pengeboran pengembangan di 6 sumur di
tahun 2026. Selain kegiatan pengeboran, di tahun 2026 ini PCJL juga memiliki komitmen 11
kegiatan kerja ulang (workover) dan 170 kegiatan perawatan sumur (well services) di WK
Jabung.
Peresmian dimulainya program pengeboran 2026 melalui tajak NEB-85ST dihadiri oleh Kepala
Divisi Pengeboran & Sumuran SKK Migas Surya Widyantoro, tim Perwakilan SKK Migas
Sumbagsel dan tim PCJL yang dipimpin oleh Vice President Operations Khostarosa Andhika
Jaya.
Dalam sambutannya, Andhika memaparkan komitmen PCJL untuk melaksanakan program
eksplorasi dan produksi secara efisien dan aman.
“Prinsip drilling program kami adalah bagaimana memastikan kontribusi Jabung untuk
Indonesia. Sepanjang tahun ini, PCJL akan bekerja keras untuk melaksanakan program kerja
dengan baik, aman dan bertanggung jawab,” Andhika menjelaskan.
Dalam lima tahun terakhir, PetroChina Jabung secara konsisten melakukan tajak pertama di
bulan Januari. Tajak sumur SB-D21 di tanggal 22 Januari 2023 mendapatkan apresiasi
sebagai Tajak Sumur Paling Cepat (Fastest Well Spud) 2023 dari SKK Migas.
Surya Widyantoro memberikan arahan mengingatkan pentingnya pelaksanaan program
pengeboran yang aman bagi para pekerja Jabung, baik karyawan PCJL maupun kontraktor
program drilling. “Jika kegiatan pengeboran berjalan aman, semoga hasilnya sesuai harapan,”
Surya menambahkan.
“Tahun 2025, drilling program PCJL di 9 sumur terlaksana dengan baik. Ini adalah sebuah
pencapaian bagi PCJL. Tahun ini, tajak pertama langsung mulai di bulan Januari. Saya harap
ini bisa menjadi role model bagi KKKS lainnya,” Surya mengatakan.
Sebagai bagian dari Komitmen Kerja Pasti (KKP) tahun 2023 – 2028, PCJL menargetkan
program eksplorasi di enam sumur. Saat ini, PCJL telah menyelesaikan pemboran di dua
sumur eksplorasi, dan merencanakan program eksplorasi sumur ketiga di tahun 2027. Selain
itu, PCJL juga telah menyelesaikan KKP seismik yaitu 3D Seismik di Ketemu dan Rukam, serta
2D Seismik Eastern Jabung. Akuisisi maupun pemrosesan datanya selesai dilaksanakan akhir
Q1 2025. Ketiga program seismik tersebut membukukan 1.747.849 jam kerja aman.
