Batangharinews.com, Musi Banyuasin, 31 Desember 2025 — PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) Jambi Merang, anak usaha PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), menutup tahun 2025 dengan capaian positif setelah Sumur PPC-01 di Struktur Padang Pancuran berhasil on stream dengan produksi melampaui target. Keberhasilan ini mendapat apresiasi langsung dari Wakil Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Yuliot dalam kunjungan kerja ke wilayah operasi PHE Jambi Merang, Selasa (30/12).
Sumur eksplorasi PPC-01 yang berada di Struktur Padang Pancuran, Kecamatan Bayung Lencir, Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan, merupakan salah satu temuan strategis PHE Jambi Merang. Setelah memperoleh persetujuan Put on Production (POP) dan Penentuan Status Eksplorasi (PSE) dari SKK Migas pada Maret 2025, sumur ini ditargetkan berproduksi awal sebesar 400 BOPD. Hingga 26 Desember 2025, realisasi produksi PPC-01 tercatat mencapai 451,42 BOPD, atau melampaui target awal.
Wamen ESDM mengapresiasi kerja keras seluruh pemangku kepentingan, mulai dari SKK Migas dan PT Pertamina Hulu Energi.
"Apa yang kita lakukan ini merupakan bagian dari peningkatan ketahanan energi nasional dan mengurangi ketergantungan Indonesia terhadap impor minyak," kata Yuliot.
“SKK Migas terus mendorong percepatan produksi migas nasional melalui pengawasan yang intensif dan pendampingan teknis kepada KKKS. Keberhasilan PPC-01 menjadi bukti bahwa kolaborasi yang solid mampu menghasilkan tambahan produksi yang nyata,” imbuh Kepala SKK Migas Djoko Siswanto.
Direktur Utama PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, Awang Lazuardi, menegaskan komitmen PHE untuk terus meningkatkan produksi migas nasional pada 2026 melalui percepatan sejumlah proyek on stream di berbagai wilayah kerja.
“Pada 2026, PHE menargetkan on stream sejumlah proyek di PHM, ONWJ, PHR WK Rokan, hingga Astrea. Kami menjalankan dua strategi utama, yakni eksplorasi di sekitar fasilitas produksi yang sudah ada dan eksplorasi frontier. Sumur PPC-01 ini merupakan contoh keberhasilan eksplorasi yang dekat dengan fasilitas,” jelas Awang.
Di hadapan jajaran Kementerian ESDM dan SKK Migas, Awang menegaskan pentingnya keselamatan kerja sebagai prioritas utama dalam seluruh aktivitas hulu migas.
“Keselamatan harus selalu diutamakan. Setiap pekerja memiliki kewenangan untuk menghentikan aktivitas apabila dinilai tidak aman,” tegasnya.
Ke depan, Struktur Padang Pancuran diharapkan dapat terus dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan dan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan lifting minyak nasional, sejalan dengan upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan ketahanan dan swasembada energi.
