MUARABULIAN - Dalam perayaan HUT Kabupaten Batang Hari ke 77 tahun melalui Festival Batang Hari Expo Super Tangguh tahun 2025 memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat khususnya pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Menengah (UMKM).
Salah satu masyarakat di Batang Hari Septa Randika, mengatakan bahwa dengan adanya Festival HUT itu bisa dilihat dari banyaknya stand UMKM yang berpartisipasi, serta membludaknya jumlah masyarakat yang berbelanja.
Meski beberapa tenant diisi oleh pelaku UMKM dari luar kota yang notabene pemain lama, namun UMKM lokal pemain baru jumlahnya tetap mendominasi.
"Untuk secara omzet, mungkin bisa diwawancarai langsung pelaku UMKM nya," katanya.
Dukungan terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM sudah cukup baik dari banyaknya pembangunan spot pusat jajanan baru. Namun hal ini perlu diimbangi dengan upaya mendongkrak daya beli masyarakat.
Sementara itu, dalam perayaan HUT Kabupaten Batang Hari untuk aspek sosial paling berdampak dikarenakan rangkaian kegiatannya berhasil menyatukan beragam suku masyarakat.
"Jika kalau tidak ada moment HUT ini, atraksi kesenian lokal tidak punya banyak ruang untuk tetap eksis," katanya.
