Bangko-Dinas Kominfo Kabupaten Merangin melakukan kunjungan Khafilah Merangin yang berlaga pada Musabaqoh Tilawatil Quran (MTQ) ke-54 tingkat Provinsi Jambi di Muarojambi, Kamis (20/11). Kunjungan di Pemondokan Khafilah Merangin Jalan Gorengan Sengeti Kabupaten Muarojambi tersebut, dipimpin Plt Kadis Kominfo Ahmad Khoiruddin (Akhoi) diwakili Sekdin Kominfo Teguh dan diterima Kabag Kesra Setda Merangin Agus Salim. ‘’Alhamdulillah dari orbrolan dengan Kabag Kesra tadi, dari delapan cabang lomba yang diikuti Khafilah Merangin semunya masuk ke final,’’ujar Sekdin Kominfo yang ke Pemondokan itu membawa ‘buah tangan’ buah-buahan segar dan minuman kaleng. Melalui prestasi itu, Sekdin berharap mudah-mudahan Merangin bisa menempatkan diri masuk lima besar pada hajatan akbar MTQ ke-54 tingkat Provinsi Jambi di Muarojambi tersebut. Sementara itu, guna menyukseskan Stand Merangin menjadi juara pada kategori Pamerang dan Bazaar MTQ ke-54 tersebut, Dinas Kominfo melengkapi Stand Merangin tersebut dengan layar lebar. Dari layar kaca itu ditampilkan berbagai video tentang potensi Kabupaten Merangin, profile daerah dan berita-berita berbagai kegiatan pimpinan daerah yang terus semangat memajukan Bumi Tali Undang Tambang Teliti Kabupaten Merangin. Para pengunjung dari berbagai penjuru Provinsi Jambi, tampak antusias memadati Stand Merangin, untuk menyaksikan video tersebut. Beberapa dari penonton mengaku jadi mengetahui berbagai potensi yang dimiliki Merangin. ‘’Alhandulillah sekarang jalan-jalan di Merangin berkat Pak Bupati H M Syukur, sudah pada pancar dilalui ya, saya lihat di video tadi. Merangin ternyata banyak potensi wisata alam dan pertanian,’’ujar Ny Novita dari Kota Jambi. Hal senada juga diungkapkan para pengunjung Stand Merangin lainnya. Mereka rata-rata memuji keberhasilan pasangan Bupati Merangin H M Syukur bersama Wabup H A Khafid dalam memimpin Kabupaten Merangin.
