BANGKO – Pemerintah Kabupaten Merangin secara resmi membuka kegiatan Sosialisasi Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) sebagai langkah untuk menekan angka kekerasan dan diskriminasi di lingkungan satuan pendidikan.
Acara yang berlangsung di Aula Depati Payung Bapeda Merangin, Selasa (18/11/2025) ini, dibuka oleh Asisten I Sekretariat Daerah Merangin, Sukoso, yang hadir mewakili Bupati Merangin, M. Syukur.
Turut hadir dalam kegiatan ini antara lain Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Lavita, Kepala Dinas Sosial PPA Lazik, serta Dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Jambi, Agus Santoso.
Dalam sambutannya, Sukoso menyampaikan bahwa sosialisasi SRA ini didasarkan pada data dan regulasi yang jelas. Ia menyoroti tingginya kasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Indonesia.
"Sampai dengan Februari 2024, jumlah kasus kekerasan terhadap anak secara nasional mencapai angka 1.993 kasus. Yang memprihatinkan, 861 kasus di antaranya terjadi di lingkungan satuan pendidikan," ungkap Sukoso, menekankan urgensi komitmen bersama.
Menurutnya, payung hukum upaya ini sangat kuat, tertuang mulai dari UUD 1945 Pasal 28B, Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2022 tentang Perlindungan Anak, hingga Permendikbudristek Nomor 46 Tahun 2023 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan di Lingkungan Satuan Pendidikan.
Kunci Wujudkan Kabupaten Layak Anak
Sukoso menegaskan bahwa pembentukan Sekolah Ramah Anak adalah salah satu item penting untuk mewujudkan Kabupaten Merangin sebagai Kabupaten/Kota Layak Anak (KLA). Merangin sendiri telah meraih penghargaan KLA sejak tahun 2021.
"Bagaimana kita berkomitmen untuk menjadikan Kabupaten Merangin ini salah satu Kabupaten/Kota Layak Anak. Ini butuh kerja keras kita bersama, bukan hanya Dinas Sosial, tapi juga elemen-elemen lain, termasuk Dinas Pendidikan dan Tim Penggerak PKK," tegasnya.
Komitmen ini tidak hanya menyasar sekolah di bawah Dinas Pendidikan, namun juga madrasah di bawah Kementerian Agama. Sukoso menyebutkan adanya inisiatif Madrasah Ramah Anak yang diatur dalam Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) Nomor 647 Tahun 2021.
Lebih lanjut, Asisten I Setda tersebut menyampaikan bahwa upaya mewujudkan Sekolah Ramah Anak adalah bagian dari persiapan jangka panjang untuk menyambut Bonus Demografi di tahun 2045.
"Bonus demografi itu adalah Generasi Emas kita. Mereka harus kita siapkan dari sekarang dengan memberikan perlindungan dan pendidikan yang terbaik," sebutnya.
"Sehingga nanti di tahun 2045, generasi emas kita betul-betul bisa menjadi penerus bangsa yang sangat membanggakan," pungkasnya.
Kegiatan Sosialisasi Sekolah Ramah Anak di lingkungan satuan pendidikan ini resmi dibuka oleh Sukoso dengan ucapan Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
