MUARABULIAN - Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari membuka pelaksanaan seleksi Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) Pratama tahun 2025.
Kepala Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari (BKPSDMD) Batang Hari, Mula P Rambe melalui Kepala Bidang Pengembangan Kompetensi Penilaian Kinerja Aparatur dan Penghargaan Kabupaten Batang Hari, Ahmad Farij Wajdi di Muarabulian mengatakan, pendaftaran seleksi jabatan tersebut di buka mulai pada 21 Oktober sampai 4 November 2025.
"Seleksi terbuka jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama tersebut sebagai upaya dalam mengisi kekosongan jabatan di sejumlah OPD setempat," katanya.
Diketahui, ada empat jabatan pimpinan tinggi (JPT) pratama yang saat ini masih di jabat oleh pelaksana tugas (Plt) diantaranya Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Dinas Satpol PP, Dinas Kesehatan dan Sekretaris Daerah.
Untuk proses seleksi jabatan tersebut terhadap beberapa tahapan yaitu pemeriksaan administrasi, seleksi kompetensi bidang, seleksi kompetensi manajerial dan wawancara akhir.
Pendaftaran dilakukan melalui link https://www.batanghari.kab.go.id/ atau www.bkpsdmd.batangharikab.go.id; dan masing-masing peserta dapat mengunggah dokumen dan kelengkapan administrasi yang dipersyaratkan.
Dengan di bukanya JPT itu, pemerintah dapat memilih dan menempatkan pegawai yang paling kompeten dan berintegritas untuk menduduki jabatan strategis, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dan kinerja pemerintahan.
