MERANGIN — Dalam rangka meningkatkan pembinaan kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara bagi warga binaan, Danramil 420-05/Jangkat, Kapten Inf M. Novri Yudha, bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara (Irup) dalam upacara yang digelar di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (Lapas) Kelas II B Bangko, Rabu pagi (10/9).
Upacara dimulai pukul 08.30 WIB dan berlangsung dengan khidmat hingga selesai. Kegiatan ini menjadi salah satu bentuk nyata sinergi antara TNI dan Lapas dalam membangun karakter kebangsaan serta menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila kepada warga binaan.
Dalam amanatnya, Kapten Inf M. Novri Yudha menekankan bahwa meskipun sedang menjalani masa pembinaan, setiap warga binaan tetap memiliki tanggung jawab moral sebagai bagian dari bangsa Indonesia.
“Menjadi warga negara yang baik tidak hanya diukur dari status hukum, tetapi dari semangat untuk berubah, berkontribusi, dan mencintai tanah air. Proses pembinaan ini adalah awal dari lembaran baru,” tegasnya di hadapan seluruh peserta upacara.
Kegiatan ini mendapat apresiasi dari pihak Lapas Kelas II B Bangko. Kepala Lapas menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan seperti ini sangat penting dalam membangun kembali rasa nasionalisme para warga binaan, agar saat mereka kembali ke masyarakat nanti, mereka bisa menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik dan produktif.
Upacara kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara ini diharapkan dapat menjadi agenda rutin sebagai bagian dari program pembinaan mental dan ideologi di lingkungan pemasyarakatan.
