MERANGIN – Suasana depan Kantor DPRD Kabupaten Merangin pada Senin pagi (08/09/2025) tampak berbeda. Puluhan massa dari Front Dusun Bangko (FDB) memenuhi halaman dewan dengan bendera, spanduk, serta mobil pengeras suara. Mereka berorasi lantang menyampaikan aspirasi, namun di balik ramainya suara massa, jalannya aksi berlangsung tertib.
Hal itu tak lepas dari kehadiran langsung Kapolres Merangin, AKBP Kiki Firmansyah Effendi, S.I.K., M.H., yang turun langsung memimpin pengamanan. Dengan didampingi jajarannya, Kapolres memastikan unjuk rasa berjalan damai tanpa gesekan.
“Polri hadir bukan untuk menghalangi aspirasi, melainkan mengawal agar penyampaian pendapat di muka umum berlangsung aman, tertib, dan tidak mengganggu ketertiban masyarakat,” tegas Kapolres di sela-sela pengamanan.
Aksi FDB dipimpin oleh Ketua Darus Tamin, bersama empat koordinator lapangan yakni Defrizal Antoni, Abu Hakim, Rhizki Afriandi, dan Aat Sudrajat. Massa yang berangkat dari Tugu Pedang, Kelurahan Dusun Bangko, ini menyuarakan tiga tuntutan utama.
Pertama, mendesak DPC Partai Gerindra Kabupaten Merangin untuk serius mengambil langkah tegas dengan melayangkan surat ke DPW dan DPP Partai Gerindra agar segera memberikan sanksi terhadap salah satu kader yang juga anggota DPRD Merangin.
Kedua, mereka mendorong Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD Merangin agar segera memproses pemberhentian yang bersangkutan, karena dinilai telah menunjukkan sikap arogan yang mencederai amanah rakyat dan merusak marwah lembaga legislatif.
Ketiga, massa menuntut adanya transparansi penanganan kasus tersebut, sehingga masyarakat dapat melihat bahwa lembaga hukum, DPRD, dan partai politik benar-benar berpihak pada kepentingan rakyat, bukan melindungi arogansi individu.
Meski sempat menyita perhatian warga sekitar, aksi yang diikuti puluhan massa berjalan damai. Tidak ada insiden berarti hingga massa membubarkan diri secara tertib setelah aspirasi mereka disampaikan.
Kehadiran Kapolres di tengah aksi menjadi bukti komitmen Polri dalam menjaga keamanan sekaligus memberi rasa tenang, baik bagi massa aksi maupun masyarakat yang beraktivitas di sekitar lokasi.
