Kegiatan dipimpin oleh Kasubsi Penmas AIPTU Ruly.S.Sy.,M.H dengan menghadirkan penceramah Ustadz Muhammad Dinar, serta didampingi oleh Kasat Tahti IPTU Khairul Hafis dan piket jaga tahanan.
Dalam sambutannya Ruly menyampaikan, bahwa kegiatan ini merupakan kegiatan rutin yang dilaksanakan setiap minggunya, yang bertujuan untuk saling mengingatkan dalam kebaikan serta memberikan motivasi dan renungan kepada para tahanan.
”Kegiatan Binrohtal ini rutin kita laksanakan setiap hari kamis, yang mana kegiatan tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan siraman rohani sekaligus motivasi dan renungan kepada para tahanan. Sementara itu Ustadz Muhammad Dinar memberikan 3 poin penting dalam tausiahnya yakni, yang pertama untuk selalu mengingat Allah sebagai tujuan hidup didunia, kedua memperbanyak amalan seperti sholat, puasa dan zikir mengingat Allah dan yang ketiga mengingatkan bahwa setiap manusia akan mengalami kematian dan semua amal perbuatan akan dipertanggungjawabkan diakhirat nanti.
Selain itu, untuk menjaga lisan dan hati agar selalu berkata yang baik-baik serta agar selalu mengingat Allah, ustadz Muhammad Dinar juga mengajarkan kepada para tahanan untuk selalu mengucapkan kalimat ”Allah Kuasa Mahluk Tak Kuasa, Dunia Sementara Akhirat Selama-lamanya, Hamba hidup dibumi Allah, makan dari rezki Allah, maka mahluk tak pantas bermaksiat kepada Allah, Laa ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah”.
Kegiatan yang berlangsung kurang lebih 45 menit tersebut berjalan dengan khusyuk, tertib dan lancar.
