· Setelah Mengucapkan Sumpah/Janji PAW Dewan dari PKS
Bangko - Rustam Effendi resmi menjadi anggota DPRD Merangin periode 2024-2029, setelah mengikuti pengambilan sumpah/Janji Penggantian Antar Waktu (PAW) anggota DPRD Merangin dari Partai PKS sisa masa jabatan 2024-2029, Selasa (19/8).
Pengambilan sumpah/janji dilakukan Ketua DPRD Merangin Muhammad Rivaldi, pada Rapat paripurna DPRD Merangin, dalam rangka pengumuman Pengambilan Sumpah/Janji PAW anggota Dewan dari PKS atas nama Rustam Effendi.
Paripurna itu diikuti Wakil Ketua DPRD Merangin Herman Effendi dan Ahmad Fahmi serta para anggota DPRD Merangin. Hadir juga unsur Forkopimda Merangin, Sekda Fajarman, para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah dan tokoh masyarakat.
Rustam Effendi mengikuti sumpah/janji anggota DPRD Merangin, menggantikan Zainal Amri dari PKS, karena yang bersangkutan telah meninggal dunia pada Kamis (26/6), sesuai akta kematian No 1502.KM-03072025-005 tanggal 03 Juli 2025.
‘’Alhamdulillah serangkaian acara Pengambilan sumpah/janji telah dijalankan dan Pak Rustam Effendi resmi menjadi anggota DPRD Merangin periode 2024/2029. Semoga amanah,’’ujar Wabup H A Khafidh yang mengikuti prosesi PAW tersebut.
Sementara itu menurut Ketua DPRD Merangin Muhammad Rivaldi, PAW pengambilan sumpah/janji anggota DPRD Merangin Rustam Effendi tersebut, dilakukan berdasarkan Keputusan Gubernur Jambi No. 693/KEP.GUB/SETDA.PEM.OTDA.2025.
Keputusan Gubernur Jambi tersebut tentang, peresmian pengangkatan Penggantian Antara Waktu (PAW) anggota PPRD Merangin Provinsi Jambi sisa masa jabatan 2024-2029.
‘’Pasca meninggalnya Zainal Amri, jumlah anggota DPRD Merangin menjadi 34 orang, sekarang setelah pengambilan sumpah/janji Pak Rustam Effendi, anggota DPRD Merangin kembali genap berjumlah 35 orang,’’ujar Muhammad Rivaldi.
Rapat paripurna DPRD Merangin dalam acara pengambilan sumpah/janji PAW anggota DPRD Merangin sisa masa jabatan 2024-2029 tersebut, diakhiri dengan acara ucapan selamat, kepada Rustam Effendi yang resmi menjadi anggota Dewan.
