Usai Sholat Jumat, bupati dan jajarannya kembali mengikuti Paripurna DPRD Merangin dengan agenda yang sama, mendengarkan pidato kenegaraan Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto.
Namun pada pidato kenegaraan yang dimulai pukul 14.30 Wib kali ini, Presiden penyampaian keterangan Pemerintah atau RUU tentang APBN tahun anggaran 2026 bersama nota Keuangannnya.
Dikatakan Presiden, pada awal tahun 2025 ini mereka telah identifikasi dan telah selamatkan Rp 300 triliun APBN yang rawan diselewengkan. Di antaranya, anggaran perjalanan dinas luar dan dalam negeri, anggaran alat tulis kantor dan anggaran lainnya.
‘’Rp 300 triliun ini kami geser untuk hal-hal yang lebih produktif dan langsung bisa dirasakan rakyat banyak,’’ujar Presiden pada pidato kenegaraannya, yang didengarkan seluruh masyarakat Indonesia.
Selain itu, Presiden juga menjelaskan Intervensi strategis yang telah dilakukan untuk memperbaiki gizi 82,9 juta anak-anak Indonesia. ’’Sekarang telah mencapai kemajuan membanggakan, sudah 20 juta anak sekolah, anak belum sekolah, ibu hamil dan ibu menyusui menerima Makan Bergizi Gratis setiap hari,’’terang Presiden.
