Batangharinews.com - Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun resmi mengikat komitmen kerjasama strategis melalui penandatanganan kesepakatan bersama pada hari Jum'at (8/8/2025). Acara penandatanganan dilaksanakan di Aula Rumah Dinas Bupati Sarolangun.
Kesepakatan bersama ini menjadi landasan formal bagi kedua Pemerintah Daerah untuk memperkuat sinergi pembangunan dalam rangka mempercepat Pelayanan Publik dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
Kerjasama Daerah tersebut mencakup berbagai urusan pemerintahan wajib yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan dasar maupun yang tidak berkaitan dengan pelayanan dasar sebagaimana diamahkan dalam Perjanjian kerja sama daerah diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2018 tentang Kerja Sama Daerah dan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 22 Tahun 2020 tentang Kerja Sama Daerah.
Cakupan kerjasama meliputi sektor-sektor strategis seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang, perumahan rakyat, ketentraman dan ketertiban umum, serta perlindungan sosial masyarakat. Selain itu, kesepakatan juga mencakup bidang tenaga kerja, pemberdayaan perempuan dan perlindungan anak, ketahanan pangan, pertanahan, lingkungan hidup, administrasi kependudukan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengendalian penduduk dan keluarga berencana, perhubungan.
Bupati Batang Hari Mhd. Fadhil Arief, hadir didampingi bersama Penjabat Sekretaris Daerah, para Asisten Setda Batang Hari, para kepala OPD dan para Camat menyampaikan apresiasi atas sambutan hangat dari Pemkab Sarolangun. "Terima kasih kami sampaikan kepada pak Bupati bersama jajaran yang telah menyambut kami bersama rombongan dalam suasana hangat dan penuh kekeluargaan," kata Fadhil Arief.
Suami Zulva ini dalam sambutannya menegaskan pentingnya implementasi nyata dari kesepakatan ini untuk memberikan manfaat optimal bagi kedua daerah. "Ke depan tentunya kita berharap, kesepakatan ini segera ditindaklanjuti secara nyata, tidak seremonial belaka, banyak hal yang bisa disinergikan antara kedua Daerah ini.
