MERANGIN – Kapolres Merangin AKBP Kiki Firmansyah Effendi, S.I.K.,M.H menghadiri secara langsung kegiatan Festival Pangkalan Jambu “Meram Pisang Basamo” yang dirangkaikan dengan peringatan Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu ke-18 tahun 2025, Kamis (7/8/25)
Kegiatan tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Bupati Merangin beserta Ketua TP PKK Kabupaten Merangin, unsur Forkopimda, para kepala desa se-Kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu, tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat, serta ratusan warga yang memenuhi lokasi acara.
Dalam sambutan Bupati Merangin menyampaikan bahwa peringatan HUT Kecamatan memiliki makna luas sebagai refleksi atas perjalanan panjang yang telah dilalui oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah setempat.
“Saya mengajak seluruh elemen masyarakat untuk menjaga persatuan dan membangun etos kerja yang baik, tanggap terhadap tantangan dan perkembangan zaman,” ujar Bupati.
Bupati juga menegaskan bahwa setiap kepemimpinan memiliki tujuan mulia untuk membangun daerah ke arah yang lebih baik, serta mengucapkan selamat Hari Jadi Kecamatan Pangkalan Jambu yang ke-18.
“Semoga Allah SWT senantiasa melimpahkan kekuatan, bimbingan, dan petunjuk kepada kita semua,” tutup Bupati Merangin.
Dalam kesempatan ini, Kapolres Merangin AKBP Kiki Firmansyah juga turut menyampaikan dukungannya terhadap pelestarian budaya lokal dan keamanan wilayah.
“Festival seperti ini sangat penting untuk mempererat kebersamaan, serta menjaga dan melestarikan nilai-nilai budaya daerah. Kami dari Polres Merangin sangat mendukung kegiatan positif masyarakat seperti ini,” ujar Kapolres.
Dalam giat ini, Personel Polres Merangin juga diturunkan untuk membantu kelancaran dan pengamanan selama kegiatan berlangsung, sehingga acara dapat berjalan aman dan lancar.
