Keempat poin penting itu jelas Bupati Merangin H M Syukur, pada Coffe Morning dan silaturahmi dengan para pelaku usaha jasa hiburan di Kabupaten Merangin, terbagi dalam empat kategori hiburan pula.
Pertama jelas bupati pada acara yang dihadiri 92 orang pelaku usaha jasa hiburan di Kabupaten Merangin itu, kategori hiburan Karaoke, Rumah Pijat, Salon dan Kedai Makanan serta Minuman.
‘’Jadi empat point ‘harga mati’ itu, jangan menjual Alkohol, jangan menjual Narkoba, jangan jual beli manusia baik perempuan maupun laki-laki dan taat pada peraturan yang disesuaikan dengan  Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Merangin yang berlaku,’’jelas Bupati.
Dengan mentaati empat poin itu, bupati yakin para pelaku usaha jasa hiburan di Kabupaten Merangin akan merasa nyaman dan tentram dalam menjalankan bisnisnya di Bumi Tali Undang Tambang Teliti.
‘’Tolong kita saling menghargai dengan mematuhi empat poin tersebut, tapi bila ada yang tidak berkomitmen tanpa razia kami akan langsung mengeksekusi membongkar tepat usaha jasa hiburan tersebut,’’terang Bupati.
Terpisah, Kadis Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Merangin Ibrahim, melaporkan kepada bupati dari 22 orang pelaku usaha Kareoke yang hadir 14 orang, dari 15 orang pelaku Rumah Pijat yang hadir empat orang.
Selain itu dari 55 orang pelaku usaha Salon yang hadir 15 orang, dari 11 orang pelaku usaha Kedai Minuman dan Makanan yang hadir ‘’Ada sebanyak 140 undangan yang kita sebar, ternyata yang hadir hanya 92 orang pelaku usaha jasa hiburan,’’ujar Ibrahim.
Menyikapi hal tersebut, bupati langsung menintruksikan Ibrahim untuk segera mencabut izin usaha jasa hiburan yang baik pimpinan maupun utusannya tidak hadir tersebut. ‘’Saya sangat menghargai siapa saja, tapi ini kita tidak dihargai,’’tegas Bupati.
Sesuai Perda nomor 09 tahun 2013 tentang penertiban operasional tempat usaha jasa hiburan terang bupati, pembatasan jam operasional sampai pukul 01.00 WIB. Bila lebih dari jam itu ada yang masih buka, izin usaha jasa hiburan tersebut akan dicabut.
Pada silaturahmi dan coffe morning dengan pelaku usaha jasa hiburan tersebut, Plt Kasat Pol PP Merangin M Sayoeti, melaporkan kepada bupati terkait keberadaan tempat hiburan malam tanpa izin, di Jalur dua depan Kodim 0420/Sarko.
‘’Kondisi di jalur dua depan Kodim 0420/Sarko itu, bila pagi hari hingga Magrib berjalan normal, mereka menjual rokok, minuman ringan dan aneka makanan. Tapi kalau sudah habis Magrib, lokasi itu berubah 100 persen,’’jelas M Sayoeti.
M Sayoeti menerangkan, pelaku usaha jasa hiburan di jalan jalur dua depan Kodim 0420/Sarko itu, sudah memenuhi syarat untuk digusur. Ada sebanyak 11 orang pelaku usaha jasa hiburan di kasawan Mensawang Kelurahan Dusun Bangko.
 Atas dasar kemanusiaan, bupati tidak langsung mengintruksikan Plt Kasat Pol PP untuk langsung menggusurnya, tapi diberi kesempatan beraktivitas sampai pukul 21.00 Wib. Tapi jika kebijakan itu dilanggar, tidak perlu peringatan lagi akan langsung digusur.
Tanpak hadir pada acara yang dimulai pukul 07.30 Wib tersebut, Wabup Merangin H A Khafidh, unsur Forkopimda, Ketua MUI Merangin H Dr Musa, Ketua Dewan Masjid Merangin H Arfandi, Ketua NU Merangin Hadrami, Ketua Muhammadiyah Merangin Saniman.
Hadir juga ketua Lembaga Ormas, OKP, Tokoh Masyarakat, Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Adat, para kepala Organisasi Perangkat Daerah, para Camat, Lurah/Kades dan para pelaku usaha jasa hiburan di Merangin.
