Acara ini juga dihadiri oleh sejumlah pejabat dan tokoh masyarakat, antara lain: Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Merangin, Perwakilan Dandim 0420/Sarko, Perwakilan Kapolres Merangin, Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Tebo mewakili Bupati Tebo, Penasehat dan Pembina PKJM, Kepala OPD Kabupaten Merangin, Para ketua paguyuban lintas etnis (Kerinci, Sarolangun, Minang),Keluarga besar PKJM dan tamu undangan lainnya
Acara diawali dengan pembacaan ayat suci Al-Qur’an, menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, dan laporan ketua panitia. Puncak kegiatan ditandai dengan pembacaan surat keputusan serta pengukuhan Pengurus PKJM periode 2025–2030 oleh Ketua Dewan Pembina PKJM, Drs. H.A. Khafid Moein, M.M, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan sambutan dari Ketua PKJM terpilih Bapak Amir Ahmad.
Rangkaian sambutan lainnya disampaikan oleh Ketua Dewan Pembina PKJM, Setda Tebo, dan Bupati Merangin. Momen religius juga terasa dalam tausiah Grebeg Suro oleh Buya Drs. H. Saniman, yang memberikan siraman rohani terkait makna bulan Muharram dan pelestarian budaya Jawa dalam bingkai Islam. Acara ditutup dengan doa bersama dan ramah tamah, berlangsung dengan tertib dan lancar hingga pukul 12.45 WIB.
Dengan kehadiran aparat TNI melalui Koramil 420-09/Bangko, acara ini menunjukkan sinergi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan unsur TNI-Polri dalam menjaga kerukunan, mempererat persatuan, dan melestarikan nilai budaya lokal yang berakar kuat di tengah masyarakat Merangin.
