Pada paripurna itu, Fraksi PKB menyoroti masih banyak jabat  eselon II dan III di Pemkab Merangin yang kosong. Selain itu Fraksi PKB juga mengingatkan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup untuk melengkapi tong sampah di berbagai sisi Kota Bangko.
Sedangkan Fraksi PPP minta Pemkab Merangin untuk memacu kinerjanya, agar perubahan Kabupaten Merangin yang ditergetkan cepat terwujud dan tetap mengutamakan skala prioritas.
Selanjutnya Fraksi PKS-Hanura, mengapresiapi kinerja Pemkab Merangin, dimana meskipun musim evesiensi anggaran, namun pembangunan tetap bergulir. Fraksi PKS-Hanura juga minta Pemkab Merangin dapat meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia.
Tidak hanya itu, Fraksi PKS-Hanura DPRD Merangin juga minta Pemkab Merangin dapat terus meningkatkan potensi wisata alam di Merangin, menertibkan parkir liar Truk Pengangkut Batu bara di Jalan Lintas Sumatera.
Lebih dari itu, Fraksi PKS-Hanura juga menyoroti peningkatan kesejahteraan petugas kebersihan, menertibkan tempat-tempat hiburan malam dan meningkatkan infrastruktur pembangunan di pedalaman seperti di Tabir Timur.
Sementara itu Fraksi PDI Perjuangkan, memfokuskan pada peningkatan kesejahteraan Petugas Kebersihan, penertiban tempat usaha hiburan malam yang tidak berizin dan peningkatan infrastruktur pembagunan di pedalaman seperti di Tabir Timur.
Fraksi PDI Perjuangkan juga minta Pemkab Merangin untuk meningkatkan sumber-sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) dan menyoroti Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang target PAD-nya tidak tercapai.
