SAROLANGUN – Dalam upaya menekan potensi kebakaran hutan dan lahan (Karhutla), Babinsa Koramil 420-02/M. Limun Kodim 0420/Sarko terus meningkatkan sinergi dengan instansi terkait. Salah satu langkah nyata dilakukan oleh Babinsa Sertu Subagio yang melaksanakan koordinasi intensif bersama personel Manggala Agni, Minggu (6/7/2025) pagi.
Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pertemuan koordinasi untuk menentukan titik-titik rawan Karhutla yang akan menjadi sasaran patroli bersama. Menurut Sertu Subagio, koordinasi tersebut sangat penting guna memastikan patroli berjalan efektif dan tepat sasaran.
“Kami terus melakukan patroli Karhutla secara rutin. Kali ini, kami mengintensifkan kerja sama dengan Manggala Agni untuk menyisir wilayah rawan kebakaran sekaligus memastikan ketersediaan sumber air terdekat jika sewaktu-waktu terjadi kebakaran,” ujarnya.
Setelah melakukan koordinasi, tim gabungan langsung turun ke lapangan untuk mengecek kondisi lahan yang berpotensi terbakar. Pengecekan juga dilakukan terhadap lokasi-lokasi strategis yang dapat menjadi sumber air dalam penanggulangan Karhutla.
Lebih lanjut, Sertu Subagio menegaskan bahwa kegiatan patroli gabungan ini bukan hanya sebagai rutinitas, namun merupakan bagian penting dari strategi pencegahan dini terhadap bencana Karhutla yang kerap mengancam saat musim kemarau.
“Kami juga mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk lebih peduli dan ikut serta dalam upaya pencegahan Karhutla. Jangan membuka lahan dengan cara dibakar. Bila menemukan titik api atau lahan terbakar, segera laporkan kepada Babinsa atau pihak berwenang,” tegasnya.
Dengan adanya patroli terpadu ini, diharapkan potensi Karhutla di wilayah Limun dan sekitarnya dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin, serta meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan semua pihak dalam menghadapi musim kering tahun ini.
