MERANGIN – Polres Merangin menggelar Upacara Korps Raport kenaikan pangkat di lapangan apel pada senin (30/06/2025). Upacara yang berlangsung dengan penuh khidmat ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolres Merangin AKBP Roni Syahendra dan dihadiri Wakapolres, Pejabat Utama (PJU), Kapolsek, serta seluruh personel Polres Merangin beserta Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Merangin beserta anggota.
Sebanyak 61 personel, yang terdiri dari 33 perosnil Polres Merangin dan 28 personil Bataliyon B Pelopor Sat Brimobda Polda Jambi, menerima kenaikan pangkat sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas dedikasi dan kinerja mereka.
Kapolres menyampaikan, Upacara kenaikan Pangkat Personil Polres Merangin dan rekan-rekan personil Bataliyon B Pelopor Sat Brimobda Polda Jambi merupakan salah satu bentuk apresiasi dan pengakuan pimpinan atas kinerja personil yang berdedikasi tinggi dalam menjalankan Tugas.
"Rekan-rekan yang naik pangkat setingkat lebih tinggi saya ucapkan selamat, kenaikan ini adalah hasil sidang pertimbangan karier dan merupakan bentuk penghargaan atas dedikasi dan kinerja. Namun saya tekankan, kenaikan pangkat harus diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas kerja, perilaku, wawasan, dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” ucap Kapolres.
Kapolres menambahkan, bahwa kenaikan pangkat akan semakin memotivasi kemampuan diri dalam melayani dan mengayomi masyarakat, masyarakat adalah pokok utama dari tugas-tugas kepolisian.
"Jadikan momen ini sebagai motivasi untuk terus belajar, menginspirasi, dan membawa perubahan positif di lingkungan kerja. Apa yang saudara raih hari ini adalah amanah yang harus dijaga dan dipertanggungjawabkan, jangan pernah menyakiti masyarakat dan Jangan pernah merendahkan masyarakat, karena sejatinya masyarakat adalah bagian dari kepolisian, kita harus memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan mengayomi masyarakat," tegas Kapolres.
Sebagai bagian dari tradisi, acara ditutup dengan ramah tama dan bersalaman kepada para personel yang menerima kenaikan pangkat. Tradisi ini merupakan simbol penghormatan sekaligus harapan agar para personel senantiasa membawa kesejukan dan semangat baru dalam tugas mereka.
Melalui upacara ini, Polres Merangin menegaskan komitmennya dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia yang selaras dengan prinsip Polri yang Presisi untuk Polri yang lebih baik lagi.
