‘’Jadi syarat syah bagi Aparatur Sipil Negera (ASN) yang mengisi formasi jabatan fungsional, harus dilantik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku,’’ujar Bupati pada acara yang dimulai pukul 15.00 Wib tersebut.
Bupati mengucapkan selamat atas pengangkatan dan pelantikan para pejabat fungsional itu. Diharapkan bupati para pejabat fungsional itu mampu mengemban tugas, untuk membantu bupati dalam mencapai visi menuju Merangin Baru 2030.

Bupati mengajak para pejabat fungsional yang dilantik, agar memahami dan menyukseskan visi misi bupati Merangin periode 2025-2030. Visi yang dimaksud adalah menuju Merangin Baru 2030.
Selanjutnya misi yang ingin diwujudkan, mengembangkan sumber daya manusia Merangin yang unggul dan berbudaya, memantapkan infrastruktur daerah secara bertahap.
Juga mewujudkan perekonomian daerah yang inklusif dengan skema ekonomi hijau berbasis keuggulan daerah (Transfomasi sistem pertanian, perikanan, pariwisata dan Usaha Makro Kecil Menengah (UMKM).
Tidak hanya itu, para pejabat fungsional yang dilantik harus mampu membangun tatakelola Pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih, untuk meningkatkan kualias pelayanan masyarakat (berbasis teknologi informasi 5.0).
Lebih dari itu bupati berharap pejabat fungsional yang dilantik mampu meningkatkan disiplin diri dalam menjalankan tugas dengan menjujung tinggi norma standar prosedur dan kriteria pelayanan publik.
Pada kesempatan itu, bupati berpesan kepada para pejabat fungsional yang dilantik, untuk berupaya mengimplementasikan nilai dasar ASN ‘Berakhlak’ (Berorientasi pelayanan, akuntabel, kompeten, harmonis, loyal, adaptif dan kolaboratif).
‘’Saudara-saudara harus senantiasa belajar dan berlatih agar mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengolah dan memanfaatkan sumber daya kerja secara optimal,’’pinta Bupati.
Selain itu bupati ingin para pejabat fungsional itu menunjukan perilaku sebagai seorang ASN yang beretikan secara konsisten dan menjunjung tinggi norma, standar prosedur dan kriteria pelayanan publik.
Terpenting lagi para pejabat fungsional yang dilantik mampu memberikan pelayanan yang profesional dan adil kepada masyarakat, tanpa memandang suku, agama, ras dan golongan.
Tanpak hadir pada pelantikan itu, Kepala BKPSDMD Merangin Ferdi Firdaus, Plt Kadis Dikbud Merangin Hennizor, Sekdin Dinas Kesehatan Merangin Mas’ud dan para orang tua pejabat fungsional yang dilantik.
