MUARABULIAN - Wakil Bupati Batang Hari, H. Bahktiar, SP secara langsung menyampaikan jawaban Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Batang Hari terhadap Pemandangan Umum Fraksi-fraksi Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Batang Hari pada rapat paripurna DPRD Batang Hari, Rabu (11/6/2025).
Rapat paripurna DPRD Batang Hari dalam Rangka penyampaian jawaban Pemerintah terhadap Pemandangan Umum Fraksi-fraksi DPRD atas Nota Pengantar Ranperda Tentang RT/RW Kabupaten Batang Hari 2025 - 2045 tersebut , dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua DPRD Batang Hari, Rahmad Hasrofi, SE didampingi Wakil Ketua I DPRD Batang Hari beserta Sekwan, Muhammad Ali, SE.
Dalam penyampaiannya, Wabup Bakhtiar mengatakan, atas nama Pemerintah Kabupaten Batang Hari mengucapkan terimakasih dan apresiasi kepada Fraksi-fraksi partai atas dukungannya.
Kata Wabup, urgensi keberadaan Perda RT/RW merupakan legalitas bagi daerah dalam penyelenggaraan salah satu fungsi yang digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memanfaatkan Ruang Wilayah dalam menyelenggarakan pembangunan di daerah yang tentunya untuk tujuan menjaga keharmonisan fungsi lindung dan budidaya.
"Kita perlu menyegerakan revisi RT/RW yang berlaku saat ini, mengingat banyak sekali dinamika Pembangunan dan kaidah-kaidah hukum yang berkembang saat ini. Terkait dengan tujuan tersebut, implementasinya dalam muatan rencana tata ruang secara lebih rinci dapat didiskusikan pada rapat pembahasan selanjutnya," ujarnya.
"Sekali lagi kami ucapkan terima kasih dan Apresiasi atas Dukungan, saran dan masukan Rekan-rekan Fraksi DPRD Kabupaten Batang Hari yang sangat berharga dalam meningkatkan kualitas Ranperda RT/RW Kabupaten Batang Hari Tahun 2025-2045," tambahnya.
