Selanjutnya  Pemkab Merangin akan menekankan Perda nomor 09 tahun 2013 tentang penertiban operasional tempat hiburan dan melakukan razia bersama Tim Terpadu terkait pelaksanaan tempat-tempat hiburan malam.
Sedangkan kesepakatan kedua terkait, pemindahan Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di tempat-tempat yang telah disediakan, akan dilakukan penataan terhadap hal-hal meliputi, penataan parkir dan penataan PKL.
Selain itu juga menggali potensi-potensi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), yang bersumber dari para PKL, seperti penataan PKL yang lebih menarik di seputaran Jam Gento dan tempat lainnya.
Kesepakatan ketiga terang wabup, terkait penangaan Penambangan Emas Tanpa Izin (PETI) yang terjadi di sejumlah kecamatan dalam Kabupaten Merangin, akan dilakukan penanganan melalui Tim Terpadu.
Tampak hadir mendampingi Wabup,  Asisten I Setda Merangin yang juga Plt Kasat Pol PP M Sayuti, Asisten II Setda Merangin Suherman, Kadis Lingkungan Hidup Syafrani, Kadis Parpora Sukoso, Kadis Perindag Dadang dan Kadis Perizinan Ibrahim.
