Pada rakor yang berlangsung serius itu, wabup minta dilakukan full data, tentang keberadaan kafe remang-remang di beberapa kecamatan dalam Merangin, tempat portitusi berkedok hiburan malam karaoke, panti pijat, salon dan berbagai kedok lainnya.
‘’Saya bersama sejumlah tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh agama, pernah menyelusuri keberadaan kafe remang-remang di kawasan jalur dua GOR Simpang Tengkorak sampai ke Talangkawo. Kondisi kawasan itu kalau malam ramai sekali,’’ ujar Wabup.
Di kawasan itu banyak wanita penghibur yang sengaja didatangkan dari luar daerah, karena jalan itu terkesan buntu dan susah dilalui, sehingga dianggap pengelola kafe remang-remang tersebut sangat aman.
Selain itu wabup juga minta ful data keberadaan hiburan malam karaoke, panti pijat dan salon di sepanjang jalur tiga Kota Bangko. Diduga tempat tersebut, sebagian juga digunakan sebagai tempat portitusi.
‘’Nanti setelah ful data dan memastikan lokasi itu benar tempat portitusi baru kita lakukan razia dalam pemberantasan Pekat. Jika sudah dirazia dan terbukti, bila ada izinnya akan langsung dicabut, karena menyalahi izin yang diberikan,’’ terang Wabup.
Sedangkan kafe remang-remang dan tepat-tempat yang tidak ada izinnya bila pada razia itu terbukti menjajakan wanita penghibur, akan langsung dibubarkan. Setelah dibubarkan nanti akan rutin dilakukan patroli di tempat-tempat rawan tersebut.
