MUARABULIAN - Bupati Batang Hari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief, SE mengajak generasi muda Batang Hari terlibat dalam pertanian modern.
Hal ini disampaikan Bupati Batang Hari, Fadhil Arief pada acara Temu Teknis dan Penyerahkan bantuan Alsintan untuk Brigade Pangan tahun 2025, Selasa (3/6/2025).
Bupati Fadhil Arief mengatakan, Brigade Pangan yang terdiri dari petani milenial ini diharapkan menjadi salah satu pendorong terwujudnya swasembada pangan di Kabupaten Batang Hari.
Penyerahan Alsintan ini dalam rangka mendukung Program Super Tangguh Kabupaten Batang Hari.
Hal ini juga untuk peningkatan Brigade Pangan dalam rangka menunjang peningkatan ketahanan pangan Nasional secara luas dan khususnya Kabupaten Batang Hari. Dengan pengolahan berstruktur dan modern dalam pertanian dan melibatakan secara aktif generasi muda capaian peningkatan pangan akan mudah tercapai.
Sementara itu Kepala Dinas Pangan, Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Batang Hari, Farizal, SH. MH mengatakan, pada tahun 2025 ini kembali diberikan bantuan Alsintan berupa 3 unit Combine Harvester besar dan 14 unit Rotavator.
Rotavator ini merupakan alat pengolah tanah untuk pekerjaan pembukaan lahan dan penataan tanah, terutama di lahan dengan daya sangga tanah rendah.
"Bantuan Rotavator ini bersumber dari dana APBN Dirjen Prasarana dan Sarana Pertanian Kementerian Pertanian tahun anggaran 2025 melalui usulan Dinas Pangan Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Batang Hari atas dukungan dan suport Bupati Batanghari," kata Fahrizal.
