BAJUBANG - Pemerintahan Kabupaten Batanghari tidak mau main-main dalam perencanaan pembangunan. Hal ini, terlihat pada pencanangan Desa Cinta Statistik di Desa Ladang Peris Kecamatan Bajubang, Kabupaten Batanghari, Rabu (21/5/2025).
Terkait hal ini Bupati Batanghari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief mengatakan, kedepan akan mengupayakan semua desa di Kabupaten Batanghari menjadi desa Cinta Statistik.
"Kita melatih desa merencanakan program pembangunannya dengan menggunakan data statistik, karna pekerjaan yang dibuat dengan perencanaan yang matang akan lebih tepat sasaran dan di rasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat," katanya.
Dikatakannya, hari ini kita mencanangkan desa Cinta Statistik di Desa Ladang Peris, Kecamatan Bajubang. Salah satu tujuannya adalah melatih aparatur desa dalam penyusunan program di desanya dengan menggunakan data, karna data yang benar adalah sebagian dari keberhasilan suatu tujuan," tegas Fadhil.
Program pembentukan Desa cinta Statistik ini adalah program Strategis Nasional yang digawangi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) bekerjasama dengan Pemerintah Daerah.
Dengan terbentuknya Desa Cinta Statistik diharapkan Desa dapat menerapkan perencanaan pembangunan desanya dengan menggunakan data statistik sehingga program desa menjadi tepat sasaran.
Pencanangan desa Cinta Statistik di Desa ladang peris ini yang dibarengi dengan peresmian Bumdes Karya Bersama sudah di persiapkan dari sebulan yang lalu, tampak antusias masyarakat mengikuti kegiatan ini.
Sementara Kepala Desa Ladang Peris, Sukron mengatakan, data adalah kekayaan intelektual yang mesti kita pedomani dalam perencanaan pembangunan desa," pungkasnya.
