‘’Alhamdulillah yang hadir ini orang yang sehat-sehat, yang tidak hadir bearti sedang tidak sehat. Saya sangat mengapresiasi sekali kegiatan ‘’Jus Terong’ ini, yang dilaksanakan setiap hari Jumat, berpindah-pindah tempat,’’ ujar Wabup.

Untuk mengurangi sampah pelastik, wabup minta kepada siapa saja yang menggelar acara atau rapat-rapat, tidak lagi menggunakan minuman kemasan plastik, tapi gunakan Tumbler yang bisa diisi ulang.
‘’Jadi saya setiap berpergian maupun menghadiri acara selalu membawa Tumbler, sehingga tidak ada lagi sampah pelastik yang ditimbulkan dari botol atau gelas air mineral yang dihidangkan,’’ terang Wabup.
Pelaksanaan ‘’Jus Terong’’ yang berlangsung meriah itu, diakhiri dengan bergotong royong membersihkan kawasan jalur dua depan Kantor Lurah Pematang Kandis Kecamatan Bangko.
