Hal tersebut  disampaikan wabup, pada pidato sambutan acara Pengadaan Pelatihan Life Skil Milenial/Penyuluhan Magang ke Jepang bersama Pemprov Jambi, di Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Sayyid Mustoffa Tabir, Kamis (15/5).
‘’Program Pemprov Jambi untuk Merangin itu, tidak hanya melalui Ponpes, tapi juga yang lainnya, seperti perbaikan jalan di Tabir Selatan dan program-program lainnya,’’ ujar Wabup disambut tepuk tangan undangan yang  hadir.
Pada kesempatan itu, wabup menyampaikan Pemkab Merangin juga mulai tahun anggaran 2025 ini, mulai memberikan bantuan dana operasional kepada 20 Ponpes di Merangin masing-masing Rp 100 juta.
‘’Bantuan ini akan terus bergulir setiap tahunnya, sampai semua pondok pesantren yang terdaftar sebanyak 92 ponpes di Merangin kebagian semua. Kita juga ada bantuan honor untuk pendakwah dan honor untuk para ketua RT,’’ terang Wabup.
Terpisah, Gubernur Jambi H Al Haris diwakili Asisten III Setda Provinsi Jambi Jangcik Mohza mengatakan, program Pelatihan Life Skil Milenial/Penyuluhan Magang ke Jepang itu bertujuan memberikan kemampuan kesuksesan generasi muda dalam dunia kerja.
‘’Generasi muda pemilik masa depan bangsa, makaya Pemerintah memberikan keterampilan-keterampilan, sehingga tidak ketergantungan menjadi kuli. Kalau saya, Pak Wabup dan para pejabat lainnya itu adalah kuli,’’ujar Jangcik Mohza.
Jadi lanjut Jangcik Mohza, para pejabat dan pegawai yang setiap harinya memakai seragam yang berbeda-beda itu jangan sombong, karena sesungguhnya mereka hanyalah sebagai kuli, pelayan masyarakat.
Justru yang bangga itu tegas mantan Pj Bupati Merangin ini adalah, mereka yang mempunyai keterampilan dan skil, seperti peserta Pelatihan Life Skil Milenial/Penyuluhan Magang ke Jepang ini.
Tanpak hadir pada acara itu, Kadis Nakertrans Provinsi Jambi Dodi Farman Haryanto, pimpinan Ponpes Sayyid Mustoffa Kyai H Abdul Karim, Pimpinan IPK Yasashite Firdaus.
Hadir juga Asisten III Setda Merangin Isnaini, Kadis Parpora Merangin Sukoso, Kadis Arsipus Merangin Hennizor dan Camat Tabir Samsul Zaini serta para tokoh masyarakat Tabir.
