Babinsa menjelaskan kegiatan komsos adalah salah satu media Babinsa untuk mengenal warganya lebih dekat lagi dan sebagai sarana silaturahmi kepada warga binaannya agar warga menjadi lebih dekat dan akrab dengan Babinsa.
Selain itu kegiatan komsos ini bertujuan untuk mencari informasi dan mengetahui perkembangan situasi di wilayah binaan. “Kegiatan komsos ini dilakukan karena sudah menjadi tugas pokok sebagai seorang Babinsa yang senantiasa melaksanakan komsos untuk mencari informasi dan sebagai sarana bersilaturahmi kepada warga supaya lebih dekat dan bisa menjalin kebersamaan,” ujar Babinsa.
Kegiatan ini mencerminkan rasa kemanunggalan TNI khususnya Babinsa kepada masyarakat wilayah binaannya, yang bertujuan untuk mempererat hubungan kekeluargaan antara Babinsa dengan masyarakat sehingga tercipta suasana yang harmonis dalam setiap pelaksanaan tugas Babinsa di lapangan. “Pada hari ini bincang santai sambil gotong royong bersama warga masyarakat di Desa Pulau Buayo membangun salah satu rumah warga, untuk menjalin hubungan kedekatan, Supaya kita saling berbaur,” tambahnya.
