Pada peringatan Otda bertema, ‘Sinergi Pusat dan Daerah Membangun Nusantara Menuju Indonesia Emas 2045’ itu, bupati pada pengarahannya membacakan pidato Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Republik Indonesia  H  Muhammad Tito Karnavian.
 ‘’Ada delapan poin penting yang sampaikan Mendagri yang perlu menjadi perhatian utama bagi seluruh pihak, baik di Pusat maupun di Daerah untuk mengharmoniskan gerak langkah pada tataran implementasi,’’ ujar Bupati.
Pertama terang bupati, upaya mewujudkan swasembada pangan diantaranya dengan menguatkan regulasi, dukungan anggaran dan teknologi yang diiringi dengan penguatan sumberdaya manusia pertanian, akses distribusi pemasarannya serta mengotimalkan lahan pertanian.
Kedua, Upaya mewujudkan swasembada energi melalui optimalisasi sumberdaya domestik, diversifikasi energi, efisiensi dan dukungan kebijakan. Dengan upaya tersebut memberi pengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi impor energi serta memperkuat ketahanan nasional yang mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan.
Ketiga, Pengelolaan sumberdaya air diantaranya melalui peningkatan infrastruktur, pengembangan teknologi inovatif, penegakan hukum serta meyiapkan perangkat kebijakan yang signifikan.
Keempat, Mewujudkan pemerintahan yang transparan, akuntabel, bebas korupsi, dan melayani masyarakat dengan berintegritas.
Kelima, Mengembangkan kewirausahaan yang dapat membuka lapangan kerja diantaranya melalui kemudahan memulai bisnis dan akses permodalan, pengembangan ekonomi desa dan sektor informal, memperluas investasi dan industri padat karya, pelatihan dan peningkatan keterampilan, pengembangan inkubator bisnis di kampus dan daerah, dukungan UMKM dan koperasi, serta kolaborasi pemerintah- swasta-akademisi.
Keenam, Peningkatan akses dan kualitas pendidikan melalui kolaborasi pemerintah (pusat dan daerah), swasta dan masyarakat dengan memfokuskan pada beberapa hal utama yakni pemerataan akses (infrastruktur, beasiswa, dan digitalisasi), peningkatan kualitas (guru, kurikulum, dan fasilitas), serta pengawasan dan keterlibatan publik. Termasuk di dalamnya memastikan peserta didik tercukupi asupan gizi melalui program pemberian makan bergizi gratis.
Ketujuh, upaya untuk mewujudkan pelayanan kesehatan yang merata, berkualitas dan terjangkau diperlukan pendekatan menyeluruh yang melibatkan Pemerintah, pemerintah daerah, tenaga medis dan masyarakat. Beberapa upaya strategis yang dapat dilakukan diantaranya, penguatan sistem rujukan dan fasilitas kesehatan, peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia kesehatan, digitalisasi layanan kesehatan, penguatan jaminan kesehatan nasional, pencegahan dan promosi kesehatan, ketersediaan obat dan alat kesehatan, penanganan stunting dan gizi buruk.
Kedepalan, Reformasi birokrasi dan penegakan hukum merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan yang efektif, efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel.
Untuk langkah reformasi birokrasi dapat diawali dengan penyederhanaan struktur dan prosedur, peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya aparatur, penguatan akuntabilitas diantaranya melalui penerapan e-government untuk transparansi pengelolaan anggaran, penguatan sistem pengawasan internal, dan mengembangkan kanal pengaduan masyarakat yang terintegrasi.
