Bangko - Pos Kesehatan (Poskes) Parak Kelapo Kelurahan Pasar Bangko, luluh lantak ludes dilahap ‘Si-Jago Merah’. Api yang berkobar menjilat-jilat langit, menghabiskan seluruh isi Poskes tersebut, Jumat (18/4) sekitar pukul 13.30 Wib.
Kobaran api yang cukup sulit dipadamkan dua unit mobil Pemadam dengan satu regu Pemadam itu, membuat duka bagi warga Keluarahan Pasar Bangko, yang sering berobat ke Poskes yang juga berfungsi sebagai Posyandu itu.
Musibah kebakaran di siang bolong yang sempat menggegerkan warga Pasar Bawah dan sekitar itu, meninggalkan duka mendalam bagi Devi Sulastri, bidan yang bertugas di Poskes tersebut.
Betapa tidak, ketika kebakaran itu terjadi kedua anaknya yang masih berusia sembilan tahun dan lima tahun, tengah berada dalam Poskes yang selalu ramai dikunjungi ibu-ibu bila jadwal Posyandu.
Beruntung dua anak Bidang Devi itu, cepat diselamatkan warga. Ibu-ibu di lokasi kebakaran itu sebelumnya  berteriak memberi tahu kalau dua anak ibu Bidan, ada di dalam Poskes yang pintunya tertutup tersebut.
‘’Saya baru saja pergi memenuhi panggilan ibu hamil yang minta kesehatannya diperksa. Tiba-tiba saya mendapat kabar Poskes terbakar, tentu saya langsung bergegas, karena saat pergi saya meninggalkan dua anak saya di Poskes itu,’’ujar Bidan Devi dengan mata berkaca-kaca.
Diceritakan Devi, sebenarnya mereka sekeluarga tidak tinggal di Poskes itu, tapi di rumah dinas kawasa Jam Gento. Tapi karena sering mendapat telpon dari warga yang kelurganya ada yang hendak bersalin, maka Devi tinggal di Poskes itu.
 ‘’Saya memutuskan untuk tinggal di Poskes itu, karena panggilan warga yang ingin melahirkan itu, tidak tentu jamnya, terkadang tengah malam atau subuh. Makanya saya tinggal di Poskes saja,’’ujar Bidan Devi yang suaminya kerja di Kabupaten Bungo ini.
Sejauh ini belum diketahui secara pasti, dari mana sumber api yang mengakibatkan terjadinya kebakaran, namun kerugian diperkirakan mencapai puluhan juta. Tidak hanya peralatan Poskes yang terbakar habis, tapi juga barang-barang keluarga Bidang Devi.
Setelah api berhasil dipadamkan, sekitar pukul 17.30 WIB, Ketua TP PKK Merangin Hj Lavita Syukur yang baru saja mendapat kabar itu, langsung datang ke lokasi kebakaran. Melewati puing-puing kebakaran Hj Lavita Syukur ditemani Camat Bangko Ny Anggi Sukoso, menemui Bidan Devi yang sedang berduka.
‘’Alhamdulillah, anak-anak sudah diselamatkan oleh warga. Saya atas nama pribadi dan TP PKK Merangin mengucapkan turut berduka atas musibah ini. Kita sama-sama berdo'a semoga kejadian seperti ini tidak terulang lagi," ujar Hj Lavita Syukur.
Ketua TP PKK Merangin itu juga berterimakasih kepada Tim Petugas Kebakaran yang telah berjuang hebat memadamkan kobaran api. Apalagi keberadaan Poskes itu pemukiman padat, tentu cukup membuat sulit dalam melakukan pemadaman.
