Upacara berlangsung khidmat dengan diikuti oleh seluruh jajaran Kodim 0420/Sarko. Dalam amanatnya, Panglima TNI menekankan pentingnya peningkatan keimanan dan ketakwaan kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa sebagai landasan moral dalam menjalankan tugas. Soliditas dan kerjasama antar lembaga pertahanan negara, khususnya antara TNI, Polri, dan instansi lainnya, harus terus diperkuat. Adaptif terhadap dinamika perkembangan lingkungan strategis, baik global, regional, maupun nasional.
Lebih lanjut, Panglima TNI melalui Dandim menekankan peningkatan profesionalisme serta kualitas individu prajurit TNI, memperkuat hubungan TNI dengan rakyat, dan bijaksana dalam menyikapi informasi yang beredar di media sosial.
