MUARABULIAN – Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) di Kabupaten Batanghari terus berjalan, baik didesa maupun Kelurahan. Namun, seiring terlaksananya PTM, seorang siswa SMP di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu, dinyatakan positif terpapar Covid-19. Sehingga Satuan Tugas Covid setempat pun menghentikan aktivitas PTM di Sekolah tersebut, Selasa (2/3/2021).
Kepala Seksi Kurikulum Dinas Pendidikan Dam Kebudayaan Kabupaten Batanghari, Irsil Syarif mengatakan, dari evaluasi pelaksanaan PTM di Kabupaten Batanghari, Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Batanghari menerima laporan adanya kasus covid-19 di lingkungan Sekolah.
“Terkait hal tersebut, pihak Satgas Covid setempat pun melakukan penghentian aktivitas PTM. Kasus terkonfirmasi positif itu pun di alami oleh salah seorang siswa di SMP Negeri 27 Batanghari, yang berada di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Ulu,” terangnya.
Lanjut Irsil, untuk saat ini siswa terpapar Covid tersebut telah menjalani perawatan, dengan melakukan isolasi mandiri di rumahnya. Upaya tracking kontak pun, kini tengah dilakukan Satgas Covid terhadap para siswa maupun Guru di sekolah itu.
“Atas adanya kasus ini, kegiatan belajar mengajar bagi siswa di Sekolah tersebut, akan di lakukan dengan sistem online atau pembelajaran jarak jauh, hal ini guna mencegah penularan yang lebih luas di lingkungan Sekolah,” katanya.
Berdasarkan hasil tes swab, seorang siswa tersebut terkonfirmasi virus corona jenis baru itu, sedangkan pihak sekolah kemudian berkoordinasi dengan Satgas Covid-19 Batanghari untuk melakukan sterilisasi sekolah dengan melakukan penyemprotan disinfektan.
Sejak beberapa minggu terakhir, KBM di sekolah tersebut secara tatap muka di tengah pandemi virus. Dengan adanya seorang pelajar positif virus, selanjutnya KBM dilakukan secara daring.
Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran Satgas Covid-19 daerah itu, pelajar tersebut terpapar virus dari keluarganya. Saat ini pelajar tersebut menjalani isolasi dan proses penyembuhan secara mandiri di rumahnya.
